I really loved the vegan foods at life tree restaurant and the cleanliness of the place. Also noticed the place feels really safe and quite to relax. Mrs. Shirley and our room boy were very helpful.

Initially, to get the wifi, I had to really struggle, as regards a hi-tech world we live in. Also, the magnetic cards for the room doors were easily getting expired automatically. And each time, we had to renew it from reception. If you could fix that it would be very much better.

The size of the room was quite big and restaurant was on top floor open area which was good to refresh as it helps to start the day.

The room cost was bit at higher than it used to be earlier. as at same cost I can also stay at any 5 start hotel.

The size of the room is good, the breakfast place is nice. The hotel is located in a very central place. The personnal at the reception is friendly.

They gave us a twin bed when we booked a double bed, the cleaning personal needs more training: they did replace all the towel, there was some mistakes or they forgot.

booked a luxury suite. got a luxury STUDIO with no balcony. Was told that suite and studio is the same thing by the staff. I'm not sure in which world these two words mean the same thing. The breakfast was very bad. this was definitely not even a 2 star stay
