The space to yourself , location, staff let us check in early

The water was really bad I'm sorry couldn't use the spa or barely shower it smelt so strong of copper and was very very dark brown , also the water pump right next to the superior room is annoying as it was going on n off all night , spa nozzles had a big build up of brown gunk

Run down Unfortunately cockroaches Bathroom wall does not extend to roof so noise from bathroom intrudes to whole place.

Lovely room, quiet out of the way off the street.

Plug in the hot tub was broken, was 80% of the reason we booked the room. Was otherwise exceptional.

Amazing location plus wake up to a beautiful rainforest sanctuary.

The lounge was very uncomfortable and broken. We also needed to go purchase fire starters to start our fire.

Open plan, spa bath a bonus, kitchen facilities good. Bed comfortable, lounge & TV excellent & air con brilliant.

Missing blinds which meant no full privacy. Fridge was unclean had mould in side door.

It was so close to gallery walk and all the shops. The chalet was well appointed and so peaceful and the setting makes it really tranquil.

-romantic, interesting room with a giant window looking on to the trees. Nice decorations -cozy fireplace in front of a comfy, spacious couch -big spa bath with great bubbles. Deep enough for two to easily fit comfortably -full kitchen with modern hobs and oven -great location on Gallery Walk. Easy walk to shops, cafes, and rainforest walks - but far back from the road so as not to hear the business of the street. -hot water was almost instant and there’s great water pressure from all of the taps -nice outdoor table so you can sit and have a cuppa in the lovely, mountain setting

-we were meant to be provided with breakfast but didn’t receive anything. All we had were condiments and one single-serve packet of cereal -we also didn’t receive enough firewood or fire starters. Their own recommendations were to use four fire lighters each time, and they provided one for the entire stay (during winter). We had to buy our own wood and starters -it could be cleaner. We found long, black hairs in the bathroom sink, the tub, and on one of the bath robes. There was also some mould in the shower. -we were offered early check-in by Booking.com, which was confirmed by the owner. However, we we told after we’d already arrived that the room wasn’t going to be ready on time. We weren’t given the access code until 40 minutes after the check-in time. We had perishable food with us, including our anniversary cake

It was absolutely amazing could not fault at all. Everything that was needed was there
