Apartment size was great- big rooms, water pressure was great Great to have a dishwasher, washing machine & drier. Zero noise and very safe. The staff are very courteous, even the security personnel 👍🏽

Our fridge was not cooling. The staff came through and swaped it with another, but same thing... I am not too sure how thorough the sweeping is done, but found quite a bit of dirty unswept underneath/behind stuff, when I walked barefoot the dirty my underfoot picked up was too much.

This is an excellent accommodation in Johannesburg. In the heart of Sandton (behind the MorningSide Clinic) is very central. The security and all the staff were excellent; very friendly, professional, helpful and accommodating. The flat was very comfortable and the daily cleaning was a wonderful help. The wifi was excellent too.

The property was safe and secure. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and spacious and the staff was very pleasant.

The place was clean.

The was no heater, had to pay extra for a heater No electric blanket the place was very cold, it was snowing in Joburg that week...

Stayed in 2 bedroom unit, 3 adults and toddler for 2 weeks. The outer building is lovely. Modern, clean and very secure, with a generator - no power cuts. It's a 3 to 4 star self-service apartment, it's pleasant but a little bit tired so don't expect top quality, up-to-date fittings and and features. Great, central location (but no walking-distance grocery stores). Quiet at night (but in day time there is a ton of noise from cars as it's on a busy road). Security team was very professional.

The unit unfortunately had a cleanliness issue. Dirty floors, to the point where our socks and toddler's feet would get black and covered in thick dirt just from walking inside. They sent someone to scrub the floor, however, it didn't make much of a difference. We called it the "mystery floor" because we couldn't tell what we were walking on. Very gross - particularly with a crawling child. Additionally, we had to remove the rug in the living room because it was also very filthy. Booked the breakfast option, which was not cheap. By the third day of receiving the same Checkers croissants, yellow grated cheese and kiddie yoghurt we realised it was bust. After we complained they sent boiled eggs, brown bread, a sausage and PicknPay bran muffins still in their plastic packaging with the 30% promo sticker 🥲 We cancelled the breakfast on day 4 and never received an apology, request to rectify, or any form of compensation. This service is a money grab. There are very low windows opening from a height of 30cm, with no child lock or bars. A child can easily unlock, open, climb out and fall down five floors. It's a tragedy waiting to happen. Installing bars or a child lock would provide peace of mind for those with small children. The guest services is minimal. Pretty much on your own after 5PM. The only point of contact was the security guards at the reception who were quite frankly the redeeming factor when it came to the overall service. On the other hand, Meghan, the person in charge(?), seemed to want as little communication as possible and often didn't respond to WhatsApp messages, her preferred method of contact. There were a few other points worth mentioning, but Zuri can contact me if interested in improving their offering. Although I will mention that there should be a security latch on the inside of the door for added safety. Overall, the place was okay, but unfortunately, I wouldn't choose to stay there again.
