The staff were really great and helpful. Breakfast was not bad.

Very basic, poorly equipped and worn out. No electricity in kitchen, dishes, cutlery or trash can. We had to negotiate with reception multiple times just to get bare minimum things in order. Furnitures were damaged. Scuffed floors and walls. The washbasin is in the bedroom and there were mold on the washbasin cabinet. It was so bad that we had to ask for change of room but it was not possible because they have only one apartment. I already made the complaint to booking.com in time. Good because they try to cover up by putting the blame on me.

Most of the hotel's staff was polite and willing to help us on anything that we asked them.

There was no cleaning at all in the room for the whole week that we stayed at the hotel, apart from the everyday replacement of blankets and towels. Some staff members weren't either speaking to us at all or speaking in their own language instead of English.

Room was nice, confortable beds, big window, free parking, breakfast very good.

bathroom was really small, we paid 20 euro for dog (we have 2) that is a crazy cost compared the service they give back so nothing, no dog food, no dog blanket, nothing, 40 euro only because you have dogs with you.

The employees were very nice and helpful. The hotel itself besides room was very nice, seemed clean.

The restaurant at the hotel closes at 3pm on Sunday, the check in is at 3pm so when you arrive there’s no place where you can eat. And it’s a 4* hotel. The worst part was the room, it wasn’t as clean as you’d expect it to be. Right when you enter the room you can smell “Savo” (very smelly cleaning disinfectant). The floor was dirty, i wanted to walk bare feet in the room after long trip, however my feet got so dirty after a few steps I had to shower again. After taking a closer look you could spot dirt on the ground, in the corners. And lastly, there was A/C in the room I wanted to use to get some fresh air in the room because of the smell, unfortunately, the remote control to a/c was nowhere to be found.

It’s a very nice combination of hotel and wellness. also the staff was very helpful in every moment and they helped us with every need we had.

The breakfast was very simple and the same every day. We even had the feeling that they reused non consumed items from one day to another, which made it taste a bit old. Me, my boyfriend and my friends decided to skip it for the last two days, because we needed something different.

First of all, i was overcharged for the stay like my Genius doscount was not calculated to the price at all. So, its 10% loss in money. When i asked at the reception to clarify why is price higher - nice lady just didnt know why and said - you paid what you the price is. Didnt care and didnt know anything about the Genius discount. But thats not all. Room is just too small, and i didnt even get the room i reserved. Bathroom sink is just next to the bed and there is barely enough space to pass between bed and TV hanging on the wall. Restaurant has very poor choice of meals if ypu decide to have lunch or dinner there and prices are just not what they have to offer on Booking website. Bathroom was not cleaned properly, and there was long hair leftovers in the shower area.
