Condo as nice advertised. Well provisioned with everything one might need for a lake vacation (well, minus a boat!). Many small details were provided, such as plenty of coffee and a kitchen with all the cookwear necessary to feed a family. The laundry room and fitness center were major bonuses, as well as the condo's working gas grills by the clean pool. Terrific stay!

This was a fantastic vacation. We really enjoyed the condo with all of its amenities. Located next to the dock for renting boats and WaveRunners. My grandsons really enjoyed fishing from the near by banks catching numerous fish. We will be doing this again.

My daughter and I met friends from Houston here as it was about halfway for both of us. The property was beautiful, updated, and quiet. We were able to enjoy the pool/hot tub area and our balcony quite a bit. Hemmingway’s was a short walk from our room and was the perfect spot for dinner one of the evenings. We found the condo to be fully stocked with everything we needed (and more). Jeff gave us all of the info we needed ahead of time to check in and access the amenities and due to his thoroughness and foresight, we never had to ask him any questions while we were there. We hope to return one day!

Location: right off the marina on PK lake and next to Hemingway's. The unit overlooks the pool area and the marina. There is a gated parking lot and an elevator. The fitness room is right next store. Although we didn't use it, there is a spa there as well.
Unit: very nice, new, well-kept condo on the second floor. The beds are nice. You walk in and feel good. Everything was though of and well planned. We enjoyed the balcony a lot. The chairs are amazingly comfortable and view is serene.
Check-in/checkout process: couldn't be easier. Lots of communication and ease of use.
I would highly recommend this place. In fact, we will be back again soon.

Our family stayed here for a baseball tournament and truly enjoyed our experience. The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. They even left us a very nice welcome basket, which was a great way to start off the weekend!

We loved our stay at Jeff’s condo. The unit was immaculate and fully stocked. The amenities with pool, gym, and laundry were easily accessible and great to use. The proximity to Hemingways and hiking trails was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Killebrew stay
What a breath of fresh air! This property is immaculate and so well kept you will feel immediately at home when you step through the door. Working with the property manager could not have been easier and everything that was promised was certainly delivered. Right on the lake, the view from our balcony over-looked the pool and marina and was so nicely equipped to take in both sunrise and sunset on. The rooms are large and living spaces are great, offering a very comfortable setting to enjoy time together. Our family enjoyed swimming, fishing, and hanging out with other families who had booked at the same location. I can't recommend this property enough as we will make it a regular stop when looking to book a nice weekend getaway in the future! Thank you so much, we will see you again!

Nice stay. It seems the housekeeper wants to do as little as possible for the cleaning fee added to the cost of the stay. You’re asked to strip the bed, take out the trash and wash your dishes. Seems excessive at the price of the rental PLUS a cleaning fee.

We booked for a long weekend for our family of five and this condo did not disappoint. It was spacious, well decorated, everything you need for a getaway (linens, basic toiletries, fully stocked kitchen appliances) and the balcony overlooked the pool area and the marina. We loved the access to Hemingways Restaurant, an easy two minute stroll down the street.

Nice, new 2BR condo on private dock
Nice new unit with small comfortable patio to sit outside. Good gas grills for cooking by the pool area and nice fire pit to sit around at night. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen included most cooking utensils, and essentials like coffee, spices and a few items in the refrigerator, which was nice as condo cabinets and fridge are usually empty. Easy access, good location. Nice owner.
