location was amazing. staff very friendly. see view was beautiful. i enjoyed my trip to the fullest. staff was very welcoming and always ready to answer my questions and give us guidance when needed.

Almost nothing

The staff was really friendly. Breakfast was very good in a nice room. The room was very spacious, confy bed, nice view of the sea and with hot water. The location is also great as you're downtown.

The wifi was not so good and little flies in the bathroom. But it was not an issue, the hotel worth it.

Fabulous location and view. Friendliest reception in all of Egypt, especially the evening shift.. Delicious breakfast. Wifi was problematic at times, but the staff worked hard at resolving the issues.

The facilities are a little old. Maybe charge a little more to fix things up?

The hotel CANCELLED my confirmed booking One Day before my travel to Alexsandra; and after I changed my travel plan ( I cancelled my train ticket), they suddenly said the room is ready!! WTF.....they did not respect their customers & their guest's travel schedule at all.

Clean is less, I believe it is very old facilities. It will be suitable with the foreign who wanna know about the ancient Egypt.

There is nothing to dislike. It might seem ditty, dusty but it's not- just the furnitures are old. If the owner renovates and refurbishes the decor it would be ana amazing place to stay with the authentic old-heritage essence.

EXELLENT LOCATION. The hotel is in the best place to reach all the attractions and best restaurants and cafes. My room had a seaview and I was happy with it. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is sufficient and tasty (though no muesli, toasts, dry fruits). The bed is comfortable. If before coming I thought to change this hotel for more high-rated, later being here I was very glad that I stayed exactly here. Even Steinberg and Metropol have worse location because of the traffik noise.

Once upon a time the room was exellent, it still keeps a lot of its value - nice decoration and furniture, spacious balcony. The curtains in the room needs good cleaning. The curtain in the bathroom is old and ugly, and every evening I had "little struggle" to arrange warm water (the water pressure in shower zone was very weak).

Excellent hospitality, really helpful staff members especially Brother Ahmed. Breakfast was amazing too. Will definitely be coming back.
