We were in Madrid one less day because of airline cancellation, but we were within walking distance to many sightseeing areas, including the El Prado Museum. The app used to get in the apartment is doable but you have to download it before you leave your place of origin. I can see it getting very hectic and frustrating if you do it in the airport and/or at the door of the building. The apartment was spotless and spacious. No coffee or sugar(we knew this beforehand) which can come in handy for the coffee drinkers, so bring your own. There are a couple of places nearby where you can buy groceries, convenient. Although can be noisy outside, very quiet in the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again. I recommend this apartment highly.

Generally clean accommodation however the AC did not work and could not be fixed. There was poor communication with the management team. Additionally, the management team promised a refund for the lack of AC, but I am still waiting for the credit or even a response from management.

My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was a little bit of a pain, but it wasn’t horrible. It is in the heart of everything in Madrid, but just off the path so that it is quiet at night. Walking distance to everything. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Madrid, the apartment was in a great location & plenty of room for our family of 5. The check in process was smooth & the company was very helpful. We would recommend checking out the cafes in Plaza Santa Ana. It was close to Puerta del Sol & Plaza Mayor. Would definitely stay here again!

Apartment was great, but lots of miscellaneous things were missing: -only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom -no paper towels -no pot holders -no salt, pepper, sugar, coffee

The apt was perfect - size, comfort, location, security. Would highly recommend it.
