We had a lovely stay at this home in downtown CD'A. Clean, fully equipped, and in a great walkable location. Beach towels, bags and chairs were a nice extra touch!

Clean Clean Clean!! Great accommodations in a great neighborhood. Very walkable from downtown and to the grocery store. Fun to walk around the neighborhood and see the new and old homes!

Great private cottage in the heart of a CDA neighborhood, mid-town location, I think. Close proximity to several grocery stores (Pilgrim's Market), eateries, coffee, and ice cream! Walking distance to downtown, less than a mile, where there is even more to explore. Accessed via the alley with private parking and entrance. Everything was clean and as described. We used the 2nd bedroom as office space (we had our own folding table) to be able to work remotely. Wind chimes outside provided a soothing atmosphere. Kitchen was pretty well equipped overall, provided a French press coffee maker. We didn't use the TVs but they were available for streaming services. Laundry room was handy. Outside seating areas were nice, private and fenced in. Owner's dog was outside occasionally with minimal barking. We felt quite at home during our two weeks which enabled us to work and explore the area. Highly recommended.

The house was perfect for 4 adults for a weekend stay as we visited family in the area. It is small, but very cozy and fit our needs well. A longer stay with 4 adults might be pushing the comfort level a bit. I think it would serve a family of 2 adults, and 2 younger children better. I would absolutely stay here again.

We rented this home for a weekend away and spent our time at Silverwood Theme Park- it was about a 25 minute drive to the theme park and close to everything else in CDA (lake, downtown). The unit is smaller but it worked just fine for our family of 4.

Hosts have thought of everything including cooking spices and all the tools needed, Easy walk to downtown and the lake. Coffee and groceries are in the neighborhood. Very accommodating when we needed a little extra outside seating, This vrbo had everything that we needed and more.

We booked this 1 day before heading to Coeur d’alene. Super easy to work with and friendly hosts, this was the perfect location for visiting the lake and down town at the same time.

Nice space. Clean. Owner was a great communicator. Worked perfectly for our short stay, and we have a family of 5. Lake and downtown were within 5 minutes.

Groceries, coffee shops, the park & lake were close by. Communication with host was great and I would recommend this house for a small family.

Awesome spot, close to downtown
Check in went smoothly. The house is cute and easily slept 6. The rental is super close to downtown and midtown, but far enough away that it's peaceful. Would definitely come back.

Thanks for a great stay, it was exactly what we needed for our family weekend at Silverwood and a great house in an awesome location. We were able to walk to the nearby Safeway and get groceries. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds and showers were great. No complaints! It is a little tricky to find the first time , but thankfully Thomas provided very clear communication and maps to get there.

Thanks for a great stay, it was exactly what we needed for our family weekend at Silverwood and a great house in an awesome location. We were able to walk to the nearby Safeway and get groceries. Fabulous spotless cottage in Midtown
Our family of 5 plus 1 stayed in this spotless cottage within walking distance to restaurants and shops. It was equipped with everything we needed to occasionally cook or grill. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Thomas and Wendy, the wonderful owners. gave us a lot of helpful tips and recommendations for the area. We stayed 2 weeks to get a good visit with our daughter who recently moved to Spokane and would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for an excellent stay!
