This house was a perfect fit for our vacation. We were two families(4 adults and 4 kids) traveling together. Each set of parents had their own king bed and attached bathroom. The audults were able to relax in the evenings while the kids had their own space upstairs. The Foosball table was a huge hit. It was just a short walk to the shops downtown, and each morning we were able to hop on the main road for our daily adventure. We did have an issue our first night with no hot water. I messaged the manager and they responded right away and had it fixed in no time. My brother in-law was stopped a number of times while outside by people walking by to comment on how beautiful the house was. All in all, the house couldn't have been more perfect for what we needed. Highly suggest this place for two couples traveling together.

Hill city is a central location for all activities the black hills have to offer. Hill city is a fun little town with many breweries, stores, and attractions. The property is walking distance to everything.

Great property in Hill City

What a wonderful place to stay for our three couples experiencing South Dakota for the first time! Conveniently located, spotless, well appointed— couldn’t have asked for more!

Great communication and check in process with the property manager. The house is well designed for four adults and four kids. It’s in a good location for all of the top attractions around the Black Hills area and within walking distance of the little town of Hill City. We very much enjoyed our stay and exploring the beautiful area. Thank you.

Three 'boomer' couples visiting from SoCal and CO. Toured the local sights and did day trips to other famous or scenic places. Guys were able to fish several of the near by lakes. The accommodations and amenities were great. Enjoyed the patio for outside dining. Early morning traffic noisy on main road was the only downside issue.

This is an excellent property. After traveling around the area and visiting all the sites in the Black Hills area we couldn't imagine a better home-base location. The property is as nice as advertised. We would most definitely stay there again.

location was convenient and owner had an open lot down the street we could park trailers and larger vehicles. Very accommodating and easy to get a hold of.

We stayed from Monday night to Friday morning and had such a great experience. The decor was so cute and fun. The house was clean and comfortable. The foosball table was a hit with my children and husband. We loved that they house was so close to food and attractions. We had such a fun and relaxing time and would definitely recommend booking hill on main.

We went for Sturgis Bike Rally but chose Hill City for its closeness too Custer, Needles Hwy, crazy Horse etc. The house was beyond everything we expected and absolutely beautiful. More than enough space, towels, etc for us. Shane the property manager was always available for anything we needed and handled all questions. He even went out of his way and got us corn hole boards which we signed and donated for future guests to enjoy in the beautiful fenced in back yard. Hill City is steps from everything. A full grocery store and liquore store coffee shop next door. Amazing restaurants. We will be booking this house again and can’t wait to get back there. It is the most beautiful country we have ever seen and this house hosts and property manager made it complete. Thank you so very much.

Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room for 7 adults. Beautiful home within walking distance of all the downtown shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location to downtown. Coffee shop two doors down! This was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own bed. Lots of foosball was played and the hot tub was perfect for cooler nights. Definitely recommend this house!!

This house provides short trips to the badlands, Mt Rushmore and Custer St Park. It’s an easy walk to restaurants. The house itself is extremely clean. Highly recommend this rental.

I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this is the best I’ve been to. Location could not be better. Walking distance to so many things: railroad, Alpine Inn, etc and close driving distance to all the other attractions. The house is brand new inside. Incredibly clean and amazingly decorated. It was like staying in a JW Marriott suite but a whole house! The owners supply just about anything you could possibly need. Could not be better - highly recommend!

Very clean property, Shane was super helpful! He even delivered a brand new fan because one of the rooms was a little warm when we arrived. The only negative was the driveway. It is a little hard to exit on such a busy road but other than that it was a great stay. The "kids" room had a lot of fun things for our 1. 5 year old and 5 year old to do. The darkening shades were awesome when our 1.5 year old and 8 month old needed to take naps. The location was in walking distance to downtown restaurants. The house was pretty much in the center of all the locations we traveled to like: Mt. Rushmore, Needles, Devils bathtub, Lake Sylvan ( Custer). It was really great. Also loved the amount of towels for both showering and the hot tub! Thank you!! We never ran out!

My family and I love the Hill City area. We are regulars and knew we wanted to stay in the city to fully enjoy the Black Hills. Not only is this property conveniently located, but it truly feels like you’re staying in a home-away-from-home. This place is spacious, extremely clean and full of the amenities and necessities you need to enjoy your stay. Often times, when we stay at these types of properties, there is a hodge podge of kitchen appliances and pots and pans, not the case here. It’s clear the owners are intentional with their purchases and want to help you have a great experience. From pool towels to detergent, actual pots and pans to fun board games, this place has you covered. Plus, we enjoyed closing out each night in the hot tub enjoying the view. It’s located close to restaurants and coffee shops, so you don’t have to drive anywhere. We ate at the Alpine Inn (get the bread pudding) and shopped at the local stores on Main Street. The weather was great so we just walked and took our time. When we wanted to go to other areas, the car ride was short and incredibly beautiful. We will definitely stay here again and I’m planning to recommend this place to other families who are going to visit the Black Hills. Can’t wait to visit again.

There wasn't a thing we didn't love about this property! Clean, Clean, Clean!!! Loved all the windows allowing the natural light to come in and the open concept! Loved the indoor/outdoor fireplace!! Beds and bedding were comfy! Location is perfect for walking a block or two to all the Main Street shops and restaraunts.

We’ve stayed in many VRBO’s and this was easily the cleanest and nicest! The house had everything we could need and was in a perfect central location. The beds were amazing! So were the pillows and bedding. Everything was new and pristine. The hot tub outside was such a nice perk! Our kids loved it and we enjoyed unwinding out there at night. Highly recommend this rental! We even forgot one of our kid’s blankets and the owner was kind enough to mail to us immediately. Awesome home and experience!

The house is new, furnished beautifully, and set up perfectly for guests. We loved the location - you can walk to all the places on Main Street. We definitely recommend this place!
