Property is great, excellent location and magnificent service.

We had a wonderful time! Erin was communicative and helpful, and we even were able to have two masseuses come to the house for us. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We loved the house and accommodations.

This was so great for our family! Excellent kitchen, great bedrooms and baths. Lots of inside places to relax, although we were outside almost all the time! Beautiful, clean pool, wonderful beach in a calm bay with great snorkeling at the reef which is accessible by kayak.

We had a wonderful trip it's a little out of the way and the road was ruff, but the place was lovely, we did have a car, and we did go into Tulum, a few times but you could stay on the beach and in the pool.

The location of this property is great. The exact spot in the bay is pretty ideal and we could swim out into the bay right from the property’s beach. I loved the palm trees as well. I was not impressed with the construction of the home, it doesn’t stand up to the wind at night. We experienced very loud nights with wind tunnel sounds disruptive to sleep for half of the house. We also lost power for a day and lost all of our groceries which was stressful. I would expect the home to be able to withstand the wind better, but the power situation was out of anyones control. As well, I thought security was going to be better, I was under impression there was security on site but there is not. We experienced a situation where someone who wasn’t staying in the bay, possibly a homeless person, was hanging out on the beachfront of the property and actually took something from our belongings. I love the area but don’t think I’d stay here again.

What an amazing experience! The house was BEYOND next level. Fernando and Gloria made sure everything was perfect. Literally, anything we needed, which wasn’t much, magically appeared! Truly felt like a hotel experience, but with the perk of a home! They were so amenable and thoughtful! We celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday with 5 other couples (so 12 total) and the house had ample space and then some! We never felt like we were on top of one another, but could also find areas to hang out as a group! The view… well, there just aren’t enough words! It was GORGEOUS! Felt like we were on a deserted island at times, but really we were about 15 minutes from the grocery store! It was truly the best of both worlds. Great beach and pool/outdoor space! Would go back in a hot second! Wonderful home and staff!

This place is absolutely Beautiful breathe taking view out every window our host was very attentive and the grounds keep was AMAZING as well. This week we celebrated my husband's birthday and our 7 year wedding Anniversary. If you are considering this property do it you wont be disappointed. The restaurant in the village was excellent. We booked Villa Mar Caribe for two weeks in February 2022. When we first arrived, it was a Saturday and was quite late. We were all excited to see the house but disappointed to see that there were a few things missing. There were two toilet seats missing in two of the washrooms, there were no lounge chairs around the pool and the hammocks were also missing. Being the next day was a Sunday, no one was working. We contacted the property manager on Monday and the items were replaced/provided that day so we were pleased with the quick response of the property manager. The house is huge and fit all of our family wonderfully. We had 10 people in total, 3 couples, 4 kids - ages ranging from 7-15 and two grandparents. All the rooms were large and we all had plenty of space. The toiletries and towels provided were nice as well. Our group agreed that the home was somewhat tired and is in need of a few repairs (Patio door screens and window screens should be replaced, some of the faucets were too small for the sinks) but the location of the property was absolutely amazing and definitely outweighed the few small repairs needed . You couldn't ask for a more picturesque view from Villa Mar Caribe. The white sand beaches and crystal clear waters were stunning. The whole family agreed we would go back to Soliman Bay in a heartbeat. We tried out the restaurant at the end of the road- Jashita- (walking distance) and it was delicious. Perfect for a romantic night out. The house staff was helpful and very pleasant. All in all, Villa Mar Caribe was a wonderful vacation! Side note for future renters - We didn't realize there was no dishwasher (this was our fault as its not listed in the ad) and the grill is not a standard bbq - its a pit grill and requires charcoal which we had to purchase.
