We were here for a long weekend with friends and a small child. The location was perfect! We were able to walk and see so much in the short amount of time we had in Savannah. Kim was so responsive and helpful whenever we had questions! The property was so comfortable and we'll sto cked. We would definitely recommend this property!

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful loft. Located in the heart of Savannah this location couldn't be beat - a few blocks to almost everything. The loft was exactly as advertised with everything you need for an amazing stay. The host was super helpful offering up suggestions and very responsive through the booking process. Couldn't have asked for a better time or place.

We stayed here to celebrate our son’s graduation from SCAD. This apartment checked every box. Plenty large for the 6 of us. It was very well appointed and clean. You cannot beat the location! Close to all the fun Savannah has to offer. Kim was an amazing host. She answered every question I had very quickly. I felt like she genuinely cared about our stay there. We would absolutely stay there again. The stairs mentioned are a thing but it didn’t hinder us at all. Not for elderly but that didn’t hinder our fun.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in Savannah and the location of this property is perfect for walking all around the city to see the sites. We would definitely stay here again if we return. To parents with young children, make sure they are okay with late night noise from the local area. No issue for us, since it was a child free weekend.

Loved the stay! Just beware, there are about 50 steps to get up to the apartment. The two queen beds were very comfortable but the twin beds mattresses were hard to sleep on. There were limited house supplies (I.e. toilet paper, paper towels, etc) so we had to go out and buy after the first day. The place was kept up and we loved the keyless entry and parking garage access. Thank you! Would definitely book again!!

We went for a bachelorette party and the location was AMAZING! Enough room for 5 girls. Would definitely recommend this place!!

It was in a great location with a parking pass which made it very easy for car rental. The one down side was it was very loud due to construction late into the night. Other than that, it was fantastic!

We had a great visit to Savannah. The location is amazing and the loft space is awesome. Everything is well stocked and clean. We had fun playing cards, darts and shuffleboard. Would definitely stay here again.

This unit is adorable!!! Loved the brick walls and all the exposed wood beams. I wanted to move in and never leave!! Much more spacious than I was expecting. Perfect location to walk to everything in the downtown area. Coffee Fox located right next door. Nothing better than a horchata latte first thing in the morning. I did not find there to be a noise issue as some other people stated. Yes it is downtown and Yes if a busy time of year you will have alot more night time activity. But between the fan and noise machine we slept without issue. This was our 5th time to Savannah and have stayed in hotels usually, this unit was actually quieter than our stay in the Hotel Indigo a few years ago. The owner responds right away if you have any questions or need anything. I would without a doubt stay at this rental again!!!!

Place was exactly as described and communication with the owner, Kim, was top notch. Checking in was a breeze and when we did need help I was able to speak to Kim within minutes. The loft is well stocked even down to shampoo and conditioner. The place is very tidy and beds comfy. We weren’t bothered a bit by the street noise but we used the sound machines and to my delight a box fan. This was the perfect location and set up for my 4 person girls trip.

Kim was a great host! We loved her place and how convenient it was to all restaurants/bars/historical sites! We played lots of shuffleboard as well!

Many historical sites and excellent dining and cocktail establishments nearby. All within easy walking distance.

Location and top floor apartment was wonderful. The owners were very pleasant and responsive. Just note that the apartment house is on the top floor with no elevator and 37 steps! Even with that being said we would rent there again😊

This property is right in the heart of downtown and made it easy for us to walk wherever we wanted to go! Wonderful apartment!

The property has a prime location in the heart of Savannah with easy access to all of the shops/dining on Broughton street and short walk to same on Bay Ave and River Street. The interior was very clean with chic decor. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again

Loved our stay in Historic Savannah within walking distance from everything Great food, history, drinks.

Our group of girls thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was so easy to access all of historic Savannah from the apartment. We did have to use apps for white noise to try to drown out the sounds from the partying crowd late at night, but we expected that since it was Halloween weekend.

Came in town for a family wedding. This property was cheaper than renting 2 hotel rooms, had many more accommodations, location could not have better, and did I mention location location location. Easy walk to anywhere in the downtown area.

Place was in a perfect location. Host was very responsive. Clean, modern, nice linens. Beds were comfortable. Had a blast! Would stay again for sure.

When we decided to try a new, different destination for our anniversary, we decided upon this super cool location located in the heart of activity. The location offers many great places to shop, eat and/or explore. The loft is very much as listed and pictured. The hosts were communicative , helpful and kind. We enjoyed the city and all it had to offer and spent the evenings relaxing in the comfort of of this spacious loft.

Kim's listing is just lovely! She made sure to outfit the loft with so many awesome touches. It was the perfect spot for a group of 5 on a bachelorette party. From the wireless phone chargers to all of the board games to the eclectic decor - we loved every second in the lost. Only downside and its not really a true downside but more of a cautionary tale - the loft is atop 3 flights of stairs so if you or anyone in your group has mobility issues its something to keep in my mind. My group had no trouble at all with it!

My friends and I had the best weekend at this property. The location was perfect and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Kim was very responsive and helpful when reached out to with questions!

This location was everything we expected and needed to have a great time in downtown Savannah The place is perfect to have a great time. If you want to bring dinner home and prepare the kitchen has it all. Darts, shuffleboard were to much fun to have when we came home from a long day The best part….Kim was an Amazing host. The links in my app were not working so learning how to get in and where to park was a mystery but all I had to do was call and Kim answered. She was patient and polite. Of course we loved it so much. We decided to stay a extra day. Again, Kim was amazing, responsive and the transaction was seamless I would highly recommend Kim and her fantastic property to anyone

We rented Kim’s space for my bachelorette party and it was perfect for us! Perfect location, clean space, and just enough space for everyone. The parking pass was a nice extra as well. I knew there would be stairs going up, and they didnt bother any of us, but seeing them for the first time was a shock haha. It is loud out night but the noise machines were helpful. I would stay here again!
