Nothing. Stayed one night and checked out!!!

The fact that our room was not what was represented to us as you well know as we spent hours of our holiday on the phone to you and you refuse to give us a refund after you agreed and we booked another hotel!!!! Meanwhile our pockets are empty and yours are full!!!

- All the comments about the location here is 100%. It’s the most noisy place I have been to. There are a lot of houses built by the highway, but they have normal walls to prevent the noise. This building is designed poorly. The balconies have thin glass walls so you feel like you’re camping & street on the street. - Their kitchen utensils are rusty. you pay a lot of money then you get a motel / 2 star quality kitchen. I was just hoping I don’t get sick using their kitchen knifes & spoons. - If you book here, your host is more like Vacasa which is a big corporate company. Any request takes like a day for them to get back to you and most of the time, they’re helpless.

Very quiet and not far from the main roads to catch collectivos and hire bikes. Very good value for money.

The main door staff were nice but didn't speak any english so was very hard to communicate anything! Our room wasn't cleaned for our whole 10 night stay, and of corse we could speak to anyone to ask for it to be cleaned.

The premises were quite fine and secure. The bed was enormous, there were enough towels and straight access to the pool. There was even a gym you can use. The security guys at the entrance were very nice!

Besides the construction site from both sides (directly in this house) — the hotel is situated exactly on the highway and sometimes the noise was unbearable. Also we had a problem with the toilet and we have called the venue's owner, who promised that the manager will call us and come over to check the toilet, but he never did. Too thin walls for noisy neighbours.

Amazing Room and Gym was a plus

This property is close to the center so very convenient The rooms are quiet modern and nice .

Very noisy as it’s on the main streets with lots of heavy traffic. I had booked a studio 59 square meters and ended up with half of . a lot of discussion to clear the problem .

I liked the room a bit

The security guy was always mean face and not very greeting Doing laundry was a pain to have to ask every time and there are mushrooms growing in the laundry room Piero was nice to help with things but the other guy who I asked questions was rude at first in a message and then he wowed my profile pic in what’s app and I thought that was very unprofessional

The place is beatiful decorated and very confortable. Shower is amazing.

There wasn't extra bed linen.
