Bathroom was stinking, water was not provided, every thing was being provided only after calls, bedsheet and blanket covers was not clean

Room was not ready,First they had given me room 204 Where linens was dirty,they had not change after last customer checked out. When I asked to change the linen they have given me other room 304. In 304 after one hour when I just used wash room then I know flush was not working. Try to call reception got to know there is no phone then I called from my mobile to reception. After 15 minutes some one came and try to fixed it, then he told me it will be fixed tomorrow morning .you have to use bucket for flush. I have no choice since time was 2245 hrs. I try to call bookings .com customer care. Next morning I left hotel around 0630 morning for work keeping in mind that when I ll come back flush will be working. When I asked at reception to same person is flush is working then he told he is not aware. Any way I checked out 0530 hrs in morning. Very bad experience.

This was booked in the UK via Booking.com. We arrived 23.30 and were told hotel was for Indian nationals only. We were only allowed as we are Indians. Worse experience ever. This should not have been on your site.
