L'appartement est bien situé, nous avons pu tout faire sans utiliser la voiture. C'était très calme, et il est très agréable de pouvoir se reposer quelques jours dans ce bel appartement. Il y a du café et du thé à disposition en arrivant, ce qui est très appréciable après un trajet de plusieurs heures ! Les équipement sont en excellent état et l'appartement est très propre. La ville de Troyes est charmante, et les commerçants très accueillants. l'hôte est très réactif et cordial, en effet, je n'avais pas reçu mes mails de confirmation ou les codes de la boite à clé, suite à un problème technique, et il a de suite répondu à mes appels et sms pour me confirmer et communiquer les éléments.

Il faisait très froid dans l'appartement à notre arrivée et il se refroidi très vite lorsque l'on éteint le chauffage, de plus, la couette est trop fine pour la saison hivernale (mais je suis quelqu'un d'assez frileuse en général, donc cela doit sans doute dépendre des gens). Le wifi n'a jamais fonctionné, il semblerai que la Smart tv est besoin d'une mise à jour ( nous aurions pu demander à l'hôte de venir voir, mais nous avons installer l'appli canal + avec nos codes, donc nous n'avons pas voulu le déranger pour si peu). Il manque surtout des ustensiles de cuisine du genre cuillère en bois, spatule et un saladier qui passe au micro-onde, à part cela, tout est nickel.

Excellent emplacement pour visiter Troyes en laissant la voiture garée en bas .(pas d’horodateurs à partir de samedi 19 h)

Location was ideal for central Troyes. Apartment was well-kitted out including a welcome fan (it was 30C on the day we arrived). There was a helpful guide to the facilities and also to Troyes itself. Instructions to find the key, gain entry and advice as to where to park were all really clear and comprehensive.

A town map of Troyes would be a useful addition to the information provided. We arrived around 6pm and it was too late then to visit the Tourist Office.

Points positifs : - Localisation - Wifi - Équipements fournis pour la cuisine et salle de bain - Pièce chauffée en arrivant - Places de parking en bas de l'appartement gratuites de 19h à 9h le lendemain (pratique pour décharger) - Télé avec Netflix, YouTube,...

Points négatifs : - Insonorisation (on entend facilement les bruits dans la rue) - Équipements de cuisine (manque de torchons, de couteaux coupants) - Eau du robinet soit bouillante sois très froide - Difficulté à connecter la télé à la wifi donc impossible de regarder Netflix - Parking gratuit à 3min à pied (assez loin quand on a beaucoup d'affaires)

Very central. Easy to park on street. Lovely garden great for cold alfresco dining if staying for more than one night. Surprisingly modern interior.

No Fire/Smoke detection. Very narrow and steep wooden staircase. Lack of map/directions for local facilities. Paid parking.

Great location and good value

The air conditioning is actually a little portable unit that is rubbish. Little more than a fan despite adding water and ice. I don’t think it’s fair to claim it is air conditioned! We were uncomfortably hot in the apartment. Not enough utensils in the kitchen.

Too many to mention in 3 sentences. Customer service was zilch from both the vendor and booking.com We arrived to find people already in the apartment. Contacted the vendor and left a message and no reply. Eventually the people left as they made a mistake but the keylock code opened all the locks, which is why they were in the apartment. This therefore made the covid cleaning null and avoid. The fridge had been leaking water all over the floor. The sheets and pillows smelt misty and unclean. There was no consiege and no 24 hour reception as stated on the site. Basically, the apartment is being oversold with the bear minimum. Do not book this place, it is seriously disgusting.

What a fabulous property in a superb city centre location… and still calm and peaceful. Bravo!
