Can’t say there was much to dislike about the property, everything we needed was there

Brand new apartments with beautiful fitout. The beds are super comfortable and the whole experience is quite luxurious. The kitchenette facilities are well equipped. The location is brilliant.

Super impressed with modern design. Balcony Studio really well fitted out with great storage and amenities. Have rebooked a 1 Bedroom apartment next time for a bit more space. After hours check in instructions were excellent and allocated carpark with our name great touch. Great Location with excellent Swan Street Patisserie next door. Service from Isobel on reception was excellent

It was very quiet and I had a nice private sunny balcony. Modern and very well appointed kitchenette.

It is in Richmond, but the location across the road from a service station and Red Rooster means it lacks the charm of the rest of the suburb. Clean, quiet and comfortable, but a bit soulless and charmless.

Comfortable beds, quiet, nicely furnished

Not enough plates, cutlery etc - only 6 pieces for an apartment that sleeps 4 meant we had to run the dishwasher after each use. Should be at least 8 of everything. Good to have free wifi but do expect a coffee machine in a property like this - who drinks plunger coffee since 1990? Can't see the point of servicing the apartment the day before checkout - unnecessary for any stays less than a week. If you don't book direct you have to pay extra for parking. That's not fair and adds a considerable amount to the cost.

We enjoyed our stay, but found the room to be much smaller than expected. The location was great close to restaurants and amenities.

Location of property was excellent for walking into tennis centre or to city. Studio room was very comfortable. Kitchenette facilities were very welcome.

Convenient location in Richmond. Easy walking distance to the tennis center. Excellent bars, cafés and restaurants nearby.

A bit too expensive and very small studio room with no outlook. Need to check very carefully to be sure you are getting a comfortable room.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet, relaxing. Great views. It was nice to have option to cook. It had everything you need for a stay away from home. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom was so nice.

Location and access to trams and local venues

The sound of the carpark rollerdoor. We were woken on a couple of occasions when late arrivals entered the carpark. It would appear 106B is right above that rollerdoor.

The apartment was very cozy, convenient and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen was particularly good which has everything you need. Highly recommended.
