Among many holiday breakes we had around Mediterranean Sea this was the most pleasure hospitality experience ever! Let's start with nice welcome by smiled owner who showed us around using translator. We felt from first moment He wants us feel like home. Later on during our stay He was texting us if we need towels etc. - this is more than usual! Spacious room and kitchen with superb terrace to have breakfast with beautiful view of City panorama and sea in front and some mountains behind. Everything we needed was available and well thought. Building itself and the pool seem to be brand new, maybe cos of their spotless cleanliness. Everything designed in modern, italian style. Surrounding is quiet and green of olive trees. You need a car or ebike to get there from centre, unless You're a very ambitious walker!

Great location with all amenities easy to get to. Fabulous views and Sergio was very helpful in all aspects

Property was very echoey and noises night and morning inside from other residents were magnified but a lot could have been achieved by more considerate guests

Spacious, modern room with good facilities and beautiful views from the private pool.

The room wasn't very soundproof, so we got disturbed by people showering in the room next door.

Beautiful villa with a cracking pool. Views of the ocean for sunset and surrounded by hills behind.

Little bit further out from the beach / centre of town but knew that when booking and getting taxis / driving was easy.

Sergio was a great host. The house was kept clean every day, the swimming pool was perfect, the kitchen was just fine to be great: enough, free coffee, oven, fridge, large table.. I couldn’t do it better

fresh and clean, very modern. Some complementary breakfast articles are available and welcome wine was nice. wonderful view! About 15 minutes drive from Scopello. Nice shared kitchen with all you would need for preparing meals.

maybe because it’s new or maybe lack of fabrics it echoes a lot in the house, makes it difficult to be quiet in the common areas. Road leading down to the house is very bumpy and full of potholes, be aware when driving here.

Amazing room, nice view and large swimming pool. You need to have a car, there is not much todo in the neighborhoud. Castellamare del golfo was not far by car and a really nice town

The breakfast was less then basic, also the coffee was not very tastefull. There is a shared kitchen so you can buy your own groceries or bake some eggs (after you bought them).

Exceptional view from the large terrace, very nice swimming pool, clean rooms, welcoming and caring host. An excellent place to relax and feel the charming Sicilian vibe. Also, a good base for exploring the surroundings. A big plus for the care and attention we received from the host and for the extra stuff we found there (a bottle of prosseco, coffee, water, bread, and other things for breakfast on the house). Definitely a place I highly recommend.
