Sijainti oli loistava aivan lähellä juna- ja linja-autoasemaa ja keskustan palveluita. Huoneisto oli tilava ja kauniisti sisustettu. Huoneisto oli myös puhdas.

Huoneistosta puuttui paistinpannu ja lasta. Lisäksi olisimme kaivanneet viinipullonavaajaa. Huoneistossa voisi olla levitettävien sänkyjen sijaan useampi tavallinen sänky, koska tilaa on hyvin.

In der Buchungsbestätigung von Booking stand für die Schlüsselübergabe bis 20:00 kein Aufpreis. Ich stand um 19:45 vor der Türe an. Bei der Übergabe machte mich die Dame aufmerksam, dass ab 19:30 ein Aufpreis von 30€ zu entrichten sei. Das war eine Änderung der Bedingungen, der ich nicht zugestimmt hatte. Nachdem ich zudem drei Stunden im Stau gestanden hatte, war ich auch nicht in der Stimmung das hinzunehmen.

Walking distance to everything. A very comfortable stay.

No parking was really the only thing that was inconvenient but the parking garage a couple blocks away was good.

Wir hatten Glück, dass wir nicht vor hatten zu kochen, weil es fast nichts in der Küche gab. Konnten kaum schlafen, die Betten waren Steinhart (aber wie immer in Italien).

The property was easy to access, it was super clean and very very close to the Como Duomo as well as the lake. We rented the 3 bedroom apartment and it had lots of space and was very comfortable.

Apartment was beautiful and quirky with mezzanine floors everywhere. Air conditioning was exceptional and could get down to the 20s with 35+C outside. Washing would dry overnight on the rack thanks to the drying effect of this. Washing machine was oddly small but worked very well to wash the day's clothing. Dishwasher excellent. Very spacious. Cooking facilities good and fridge excellent. Location was very close to the centre with a Carrefour supermarket nearby. Lots of lights and power sockets. Area was very quiet - no noise. The apartment was spotless and impeccably cleaned when we arrived - and the communal areas the same - perfect.

My only complaint: There was nowhere to empty bins, which meant the kitchen bin and recycling became too full for a one week stay with 4 people. We asked the official support people for directions to the main building bins or to have the bins emptied by housekeeping. They said: something about "the public bins that are nearby,". I saw no public recycling bins anywhere near the building. The only recycling bins I saw close by, clearly belonged to other businesses and were put out on certain days for collection. And the only general waste bins outside were small public litter bins, which I am not sure are intended for apartment guests to dump kitchen rubbish in! This was just one isolated problem, but quite annoying in hot weather, to not be able to empty the kitchen bins easily. I think this needs to be properly addressed by the host. *** A second suggestion I have, which I know has been in the reviews before, for this property: The kitchen was fully equipped - but there were no basics like salt, pepper, dried herbs, olive oil - that sort of thing. I would not expect the host to provide these - but I would suggest that when guests buy such things, that they could be encouraged to leave left overs for the next guests. That way, a small collection of useful things would be available for the next guests. I've seen this done in other apartments.

Great location and clean apartment.

Strange bedding layout (there are 3bedrooms but only one with a proper king bed. Other 2: One bedroom with a single bed + 1 extra bed and another one with single sofa bed). They tried to charge us an unjustified extra 50€ cleaning fee.

The location was excellent. Right in the center of the main Sqaure. Building has a elevator which was a great plus as we have heavy suitcases. Security was good. Quite no noise from streets. Spacious enough for 2 adults 2 kids. All rooms had a roof style extra room space with couches - was great our kids would hang out there play or watch their own stuff.

The beds were hard. Pillows were FLAT. The blankets: duvet were very very thin and had no cover on them. Just the duvet. The bathrooms were a little old, however they were clean. Kitchen was basic. Aesthetically not very pleasing but had all the basic amenities one would need while travel.
