House brilliant, location great all was great. Meet all our needs. Will be staying again there.

One thing we didn't like was the doors for bedrooms as they was very heavy with the safety close. They was far to heavy to open, the children really struggled to open there doors, even us the adults struggled with them. We understand is a safety thing, but our boys are 9,8 and 6 and for them to go toilet in the night it was very hard for them to open the bedroom doors, and they closed very quickly. A few close finger in the doors. And one door closed so hard it got stuck closed and we could not open it again and had to get the maintenance guy out to take door handle off.

excellent location, lovely views, everything we needed was there

Fantastic location. Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Private parking space very close by. Stunning views over the river. The house was lovely and very clean and well kitted out, perfect for my family. It looks like it has recently undergone a slight makeover, with new carpets, rugs, blinds etc.. It was a bonus for the kids to have access to a heated indoor pool, which was only just down the road. We will definitely be returning.

location was fantastic

Stair & hall carpets very dirty and stained , lounge had throw blankets covering large stains. fridge freezer door wouldn't close as needed defrosting. Dyson vacuum cleaner so dirty couldn't use, tried cleaning but in to bad a shape. wnd vacuum cleaner bag completely full and filter completely blocked. had to do a complete clean down to enable use also had to de-ice freezer to enable door to shut .

Location

Lack of Cleanliness. After a 5 hour journey had to go in prior to unpacking clean the lounge and hall floor. There was dirt and mess everwhere. The floor had not been cleaned. Our 2 young grand daughters were with us and i did not want them crawling or walking in someones elses dirt. Dishwasher was not used full of dirty water that kept leaking onto the kitchen floor. We reported it and went out for the day. When we all got back in the evening tired after a day out and wanted to make hot drinks and prepare the childrens meals, the maintenance guy turned up to repair the issue. 2 days later, kitchen floor was wet again so leaking water issue not resolved.

Location was good and the beds were very comfortable

Found a sanitary towel on the staircase, and a babies bottle behind the sofa in the lounge, NO private pool which is false advertising and check out Monday morning unable to shower due to no hot water! Railings outside cut my aunts hand and made her bleed looks like it’s infected! They must be changed as very sharp!

Superb position from town and only a 2 min walk to the main bridge and main street into the centre. Lovely views over estuary. Good space, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms with excellent hot powerful showers, large dining room and table, lounge with comfortable large sofas and good smart tv and wifi connection. Bedrooms spacious, clean and well equipped, in particular the two estuary facing double rooms with great views. Very happy and great value and would definitely come again. Thank you.

Not much really, perhaps steps and slope up to the property from the road might be a struggle for some elderly people.
