Everything was clean and well maintained. We loved the rooms, they were setup beautifully.

Not enough comfortable seats. The couch was comfortable but the 2 chairs weren't very comfortable,. It would've been nice to have a second couch or loveseat instead. But overall, it was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

The Proximity to the ocean and the view off porch.

For the we price paid we were expecting a well maintained modern unit. There was water damage next to bathtubs so bad that it’s made a hole in the wall. The master bedroom and living room have no lights.The hvac thermostat was hanging off the wall. HVAC supply vents and bathtubs have mold. The hall bathroom vanity was missing a mirror. Living room furniture is cheap, small and uncomfortable. Exterior sliding doors in living room has to be lifted from track to open and close door. The Spare bedroom bed frame was put together with Twine no nuts or bolts. This is not what we expected at all. Contacted southern Belle and they were unable to switch us to another location. Luckily we had a blow up in the auto so we rotated sleeping in the master bedroom because the bed held together with string was unsafe. I’m not a complainer at all, but this was the worse place I’ve ever stayed.

That was a very poor ocean view The bedroom was very small The bathrooms were very small There were so many extra charges that it turned an adaquate place into an expensive place

Nothing wrong with the rental Just not in a good place No food delivery

Far from beach have to walk thru sneak nests I think should clean it up
