The peaceful surroundings were perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of racing. Swanlinbar is a charming village with friendly locals and a serene atmosphere, which I found very welcoming. Great Amenities for Solo Travelers: The free private parking made it easy to come and go as needed, and the shared lounge was a cozy spot to relax and chat with other guests. Comfortable and Well-Equipped Rooms: My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay, including fresh, high-quality bed linen and towels. The shared kitchen was well-equipped and allowed me to prepare meals on my own schedule. The hotel was lovely, far exceeded my expectations. Everything felt new, spotlessly clean and everyone we met there were really nice. It was a pleasure staying there!

The place was super clean, well located, close to all the main tourist attractions, spacious bedrooms, shared kitchen really tidy, delicious food in its restaurant. Staff super friendly and helpful 🙂

It was a green brightly light on the ceiling of our bedroom, I think is called emergency light, it was highly visible when turning off the lights for sleeping(very uncomfortable), the shower in the ensuite toilet does not have curtain, so the floor got flooded after having a shower. The morning after our first night, we heard a dog barking non stop basically the whole morning, therefore we couldn't rest properly 😔

Everything was spacious and provided.I would like to come again and do one of the beautiful walks in the surrounding countryside.

The hostel is newly renovated and pristine clean ,beds bedding and bathroom was like a very good hotel. There was also a very nice common room which looked great but as our stay was short we did not get the chance to enjoy. It is a fantastic facility in West Cavan. Price was very reasonable for Facilities and service given. A Good breakfast is available also.
