Location was excellent for the Disney Parks. Enough space for a big family. Easy to call an uber to get around to nearby places.

It was not clean when we arrived, there were dishes that were dirty, the carpet was sticky, there were no sheets on the beds and not enough towels for the whole family. The front door broke on our first day there and the owner made no effort to fix the problem during our stay. It meant that we had to exit out a back door which became difficult for my elderly parents. The owner gave us the incorrect code for the complex twice and so the security guards did not want to let us in. We had to ask for the new code three times. Response time between us and the owner was not prompt enough.

The property is situated in a very good location, with all 4 of the Disney parks being in close proximity (less than 10 minute drive) which makes it perfect for families that are coming on holiday for this sole reason. The other parks like SeaWorld and Universal or the popular international drive are only around 25 minutes away in a taxi which also isn’t too bad. it was also very spacious and in a nice gated community which adds an extra layer of comfort. the host was also very pleasant and easy to get a hold of. Our travel arrangements home on the last day also changed last minute and the host was amazing with us in granting as a last minute late check out to accommodate our flight arrangements. Each bedroom also had a television with available HDMI ports which is perfect for the kids as I brought a fire stick so my daughter could watch Netflix, YouTube etc. Even if you do not had a fire stick or laptop to plug into the TV, each TV has satellite with an array of channels.

There was a few missing items in the kitchen that made it difficult to cook a proper dinner for the family without needing to purchase more pots and utensils from the local Walmart - however I think this is due to previous guests as opposed to the owner as there were plenty of pot lids, just not the pots to match them. The property also hadn’t been sufficiently cleaned prior to our arrival and there were dirty sheets left in the laundry closet on the floor and on top of the drier and dust on almost every surface that wasn’t viewable from the doorway (as if it had been cleaned enough to look clean at a glance). The BBQ grill outside was also unusable as it was extremely dirty with food burnt into the whole grill section. It deterred us from using it as we would have had to deep clean it for ages to make it suitable to use. Again, I do not blame the host for these problems as the cleaning is organised separately but just something to look out for in future 😃 Overall I do not like to be negative as we did really enjoy our stay, however when paying a premium price for a property for 3 weeks, I do expect it to be of the highest standard in terms of cleanliness and cooking facilities for my family. Having said the above, I would still stay here again and I am in no way saying these issues spoiled my vacation in any way - I am just being honest for constructive purposes. I do believe that - had I raised these issues with Vicky they would have probably been sorted with cleaners coming in but I thought it was a little awkward having to do this so ended up not saying anything. hopefully this was just a bad day at the office for the cleaners prior to us arriving and it is not normally like this 😀

The property is beautiful private residential villa on a lovely resort. It’s comfortable, spacious and well laid out. There are washing facilities are fab to be able to wash clothes while away if needed and there is loads of space in the kitchen to cater for families. Downstairs the living room is a decent size and the sofa is so comfortable. It’s a great place to relax and has a huge TV to watch. We really enjoyed chilling out here in the evenings. All the rooms are a good size and have en-suite bathrooms, which is fantastic. If the property becomes too warm, within the flick of a switch the air conditioning cools it down again and the same if it needs to be heated up. Outside is a seating area with a BBQ and even though we didn’t use it during our stay, it looked a great place to wind down after a busy time at the theme parks and exploring Orlando. We visited Universal Studios which was about a 25 minute drive away, but Disney World 🌎 was much closer. Location wise the property is situated in a great place, especially for families. Just down the road from the villa is a Walmart, tourist information, Pharmacy and lots of different restaurants.

The report where the Villa is situated is expensive to access and use the pool. This fee is not set by the owner though and is out of her control. Having access to this at a more reasonable price would have made our stay even more enjoyable for the kids and would have been additional entertainment. Within the villa there were a few issues with a couple of the showers in terms of controls, which could do with looking at. The dishwasher when opening the door was also a bit unstable, but still worked. The kitchen could also have done with a few more items to cook with and some baking trays for self catering. Having this additional kitchen equipment would have made making meals for families a bit easier. None of these issues though spoiled our holiday and we could work around. Compared to many different properties I looked at before booking our holiday, including hotels, this Villa was an absolute bargain for how many people it accommodates. We would most definitely go back!!

There were very few towels and the few that were there were all stained and dingy, stains on the couch, the outlets in all 4 of the bathrooms did not work, the front door was all dirty and had bugs and cob webs all over it, and to top it all off there was a security camera inside!!!!

The property was great and the house was exactly as described. Vicky was very good with communication and immediately responded when we reached out.

the smoke detector was beeping non stop, we did reach out and Vicky had us remove the battery which we did. however, the unit kept beeping as it was hard wired.

Loved the beautiful decor, access to amenities (pool & hot tub), TV's in every room, fully stocked kitchen, and security gate at the entrance.

Air conditioning and gate code didn't work at first but the host resolved the issues right away.

The house was very beautiful. plenty of space and very well equipped. The location is quiet and safe. we felt very comfortable.

It’s a nice house and close to Disney, plenty of room to stretch out.

The kitchen lacks basics. It wasn’t super clean and there were not enough basic supplies like toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, etc. I did not like that the owner tried to extort extra money after my stay with false claims of moving furniture.

Provide better towels, extra toilet paper and paper hand towel, toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash for all bathrooms. The towels were thin, stained and had a hole on them.

The house is super well located and is gorgeous! Clean and super nice furniture. New construction! All rooms with bathrooms! Very comfortable to travel with family or friends.

The microwave was not working and couldn't get access to the pool. We got keys but they didn't work at the pool gate (frustrated for the kids).

Close proximity to the Disney parks. New construction, comfortable beds.

Any issues we had, the owner is working to improve.

beautiful, good location for where we wanted to be, great price

no extra rolls of toilet paper, no pot holders/oven mits , not enough dishes or towels for the 8 people we had scheduled to stay. no dish towels. no extra trash bags (other than what was in the trash can. no hand soap in bathrooms. no measuring cups or spoons. one of the kitchen lights kept flickering. not really clean, so much dust on lamps and a feather and penny behind the one bedside table, a hair tie in the shower.

I have rented from the company before and absolutely love them especially their other property.

Office staff tried charging me to use the pool area.

The space was perfect for my family also the location wasn't too bad.

The BBQ grill and sink outside was left dirty. They were curly hairs in the downstairs bathroom and shower also the door atop in the downstairs bedroom was broken and someone left a white sweater handing in the downstairs bedroom closet door handle.

The home is excellent. Very comfortable.

The property listing incorrectly states two rooms have Queen beds. The two rooms have two twin beds in each room. Uncomfortable for a grown men or married couples to sleep in such a small bed. Also, we tried to visit the swimming pool and the personnel at Magic asked us for $100 to enter the pool area. That was a disappointment because the listing makes you think you have access to the pool.

Once we were able to get to the townhome, it was very easy to access with a door code (no keys needed). We had a slight hiccup but I believe that was booking.com ball drop. Once aware the owner was easy to contact and provided all the information needed to gain access. This location is about 10 mins from Disney, is across the street from Walmart and sits on a main road so you have access to everything you will need for your stay. We had a party of 12 (including kids) and everyone was comfortable. The house has 4 twin beds, 2 king beds, a sofa bed in the upstairs room, and every room has a bathroom. All but one of the rooms are upstairs. We were told that there is a pool by the front gate but we did other things and didn’t have a chance to get in. We were lucky to have get a great deal because I’m sure the price we paid won’t be that price for long. Will recommend and would book again for sure!

This place was incredibly beautiful, comfortable, and clean! Our family really enjoyed our stay. The host was very accommodating and very friendly and helpful. Every room has a bathroom that is awesome with a big shower! The kitchen was so nice and the grill we used on the patios was excellent! We would highly recommend staying here!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like! It was all great!🥰
