Ordering items for breakfast and dinner by telephone which was sometimes not answered. Breakfast not particularly appetising. No obvious point of reception or person to ask for information. Managers not attentive enough to guests.

The decor, the breakfast, the staff are all great. The bathroom is modern and very clean.

Beautifully decorated, characterful and so comfortable. The view from the roof terrace(s) is phenomena and the shower was the best we’ve had all trip. We felt this was the perfect location to explore Amber Fort and Jaigarh Fort and escape Jaipur’s crowds for a night or two. The staff are so helpful and kind - thanks especially to Pankaj for making our stay so pleasant.

The only thing letting down this hotel is the breakfast, which was not the best. A simpler menu might help! It was quite cold in the Haveli (we visited during winter) but they did offer a heater for our room which helped.

It feels very royal. very comfortable stay.

It is a beautifully well kept property. It is a boutique hotel with just 7 rooms and I had booked 3 of them. it had a lift (elevator) that made it convenient to go up to higher floors to reach the room. The dining space was right outside the rooms on each floor. the staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us with our requests.

Nothing to complain. But if I think hard, it could have more power sockets and a safety locker in the rooms.

Beautiful hotel right on the doorstep of the Amber Fort. All of the staff /owners were beyond helpful and very friendly. The room was spacious, clean and had everything needed. I would definitely stay again and have already recommended to friends.

Surya Haveli is the awesome place to spend quality time... Superb location, beautifully decorated, well maintained, great hospitality.. Behaviour of each staff is too good.. Specially the behaviour of Vikram ji, who tried to provide the best service to the guests, is truly appreciable... Food quality is also very good... In short, Surya Haveli is the ultimate place to stay at Jaipur Rajasthan to enjoy leisure time... Looking forward to stay again at Surya Haveli... Thank you...

Beautiful, immaculately maintained haveli just walking distance to Amer Fort. Excellent, attentive staff and wonderful, varied breakfast.

Surrounding area was quite noisy at night

Beautiful, like a small palace; interior design is like being in a Manhattan or London boutique property; staff very friendly; walking to Amber Fort or Panna Menna ka Kund

The rooms are beautifully decorated and the staff was very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed the food.

Unfortunately the bathroom smelled quite bad. I hope they solve this issue because it made the stay not as nice as it would have been otherwise.

Cleanliness was good at the hotel. But Washroom was stinky because of constant odor from sewerage

- No Parking - Way too costly (1 ltr Bisleri costed me 200/-) - Limited available options in menu and even from that Whatever asked wasn't available at that moment - Location is not good - small rooms it' too congested - Rooms had no view It is way too costly as per the facilities!!
