Very nice host, very clean and comfortable room. Good value for money and close to all that Scarborough has to offer. Some nice places to eat in the local vicinity.

On street parking can get busy, so it is sometimes difficult to find a space. The room was quite small.

The location was perfect. The room was better than I expected. Our family room had a fridge which was great because we travelled with a baby. Andrea was an exceptional host, so down to earth and friendly. We will definitely be back!

The owner was really friendly and very helpful. The location was close to Scarborough's Open Air Theatre, which was ideal as we had a concert booked.

TV was playing up, didn't have the best signal.

Andrea is an ideal hotel owner,great personality and very welcoming will definately b going again, very clean and comfortable,would definately recommend this guest house

Nothing, parking on columbus ravine always busy first come etc, but andrea gave us a permit so left the car where it was the whole time we were there.

We enjoyed our short stay, property was clean tidy and everything we needed for a room only overnight stay, Andrea was very helpful and accommodating and made us feel very welcome, we would definitely stay again.

Andrea was lovely and welcoming the rooms were clean and well presented im a clean freak and the smell of cleaning products in the bathroom were amazing 😁

The only thing that we didnt like was the smell of cats in the hallway and the room downstairs from which we colected the keys.. i am allergic to pets so if this was stated unfortunatly i wouldnt have booked. The smell is really strong and lays thick on ur chest that was the only issue it did state no pets so i gathered theyre would be no pets at all i do think it needs to be advertised that u have dogs and cats to make people like me aware who can die from an allergic reaction 🙂

Everthing was good. Andrea is very nice and welcoming. Even went out of her way to acomodate us when asked for a bottle of wine in the room on arrival.

The room was a liitle cold on arrival but we think due to a very cold snap of weather it soon wasnt a problem.

The hosts were fantastic, the room was lovely and was just what we needed. Really good value for money I’d say.

Room was lovely, clean and modern. Bed was so comfy. Didn't want to get out of it. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend.
