Well Presented inside on first impression.

First impressions were not good. On arrival we came to a Black door that was situated in between two take aways on a very busy and noisy street. So instantly, i thought this doesn’t bode well. What have we booked here? We checked in around 10pm. And checked back out 2 hours later. The apartment was very hot, so we had to open all windows, to try and make sleep comfortable. We were later advised the heating may have been on, but I can assure you it was not. Even with the windows open, there was no airflow, so it was very hard to get comfortable. My friend also informed me that his bed rolled around the room like a roller skate every time he moved. Unfortunately due to the location of the apartment on a very busy street, the noise was unbearable and neither of us could sleep. Lots of groups of drunken people congregating just below the bedroom window. And lots of traffic with loud car stereos kept us awake. We needed to be up and leaving for 6am, as we had an important early meeting in Warwick. So we decided to give up and try and find a more suitable and quiet hotel. We checked out and did not return. Considering we were only in the property for two hours I am hoping that we will be compensated. As not only had i paid over £330 for the apartment. I then had to pay for replacement accommodation.

Mattress in double bed was comfortable and shower worked .

we were a group of friends looking forward to a weekend together in Leamington and whilst Leamington is lovely and definitely worth a weekend visit this apartment ( which seemed to have changed from original one booked) was a big disappointment ,The surrounding area of the apartment was not great and whilst it was only a short walk to the town centre there was a lot of people and areas that didn’t feel safe which included the fact that the flat entrance was basically in the car park . The smell of drains in the bathroom was really strong and super unpleasant and spread into the rest of apartment. not enough seating for 5 people and noise from surrounding flats and residents if sleeping on sofa bed was significant all night . unfortunately the bedroom windows couldn’t be opened so became stuffy. Bedding for the sofa bed hadn’t been left out and despite being assured that some would be dropped off the first evening this didn’t happen so had to cobble together bedding if the other beds ! the lack of space around the double bed is non existent so access for some people would be impossible and blind broken Overall we all felt the apartment did not match what was described and advertised and we would not stay here again .

Sewer smell by front door and bathroom, retched. Cigarette ends all over entry way. Loud noisy plumbing every time someone else in the building flushed the toilet. Looked like it hadn't had a professional cleaning in a long time. Could not recommend.

amazing. I felt right at home here. the PureStay team were so friendly and always replied to my emails quick. what a lovely place to stay and a wonderful team to deal with. 100% recommend. would defo stay again. Thank you.

There was nothing about this place not to like.

Location is good

The water is hot, the shower pressure is good and the double bed fairly comfortable.

The sofa is distinctly uncomfortable and with only 1 comfy chair I don't see the lounge hosting the maximum of 5 visitors. The heating is inadequate even for a mild winters day and the electric heater provided can't top up the warmth for the whole apartment. The double bed fills its room with about a foot clearance either side so a running jump might be your best way to reach the headboard. Least good are the environs, the apartment is reached from the rear of the property, the door opening onto a poorly lit carpark and accessed via a couple of alleyways, those alleys had drunks and druggies loitering around them when we were there.

Nice apartment, clean and close to the centre and other interesting locations.
