I could recommend the apartment to anyone wishing to have quiet stay with the spectacular views on the Kotor Bay. Especially after sunset the illumination on Kotor Old town is beautiful. The apartment had 2 bedrooms, kitchen (with dishwasher) and all the necessary equipment for long-stay holidays. There is dining area but we hardly used it - as the balcony was much more attractive for us to sit and relax. Kotor Old town is in walking distance (at least for us, it's approx. 2-2.2km) which is a nice walk and sometimes could be a bit faster than taxi (Kotor might be jammed pretty heavy). For the lazy ones - there is a swimming pool. Small store is located on the lower street, just beneath the apartment (using shortcut it's just 5mins)... and last but not least - the host (Alexandra) is very hospitable and helpful!

Most incredible view I have ever had anywhere in the world, great value. Staff were incredibly helpful. Not far from old town, but far enough to enjoy the calm and quiet- I wish we could have stayed longer.

Sea View apartments are amazing. The views over Kotor Bay and down to Kotor Old Town and of the mountain ranges are spectacular. Aleksandra is a superb host. She provided us with a warm welcome and allowed us a late check out until noon. She responded rapidly to all our questions and helped us organise a jet boat tour which picked us up in front of our apartment. There is a small shop nearby next to the church which has basic groceries including alcohol. It only takes cash. The Catholic Church nearby had daily mass and housed the remains of St Blazia Gracia, a monk from the region. It is one of the many notable churches in the region.

If you don’t have a car there will be a 1.5km walk to Old Town and restaurants. We enjoyed the walk each day so it was not a problem.

This beautiful apartment is in an excellent location not far from the Old Town. Prior to arrival, Aleksandra was very helpful with information. She was an exceptional host, very friendly and obliging. The property has everything you need and is extremely comfortable.

Beautiful view, spacious rooms and quiet at the pool. Clean and modern. The landlord gave us homemade cucumbers:-)

You will need a car in this apartment, because there is only a very small shop available in ok walking distance for food-shopping. The road up to the apartment is narrow, only 1 car can pass, so you need to be a little careful

Great place! We came with a family (parents + 3 kids) - the property was a great fit for us. It's located near the Bay of Kotor, with a great view. It has pool which was a great attraction for the kids. Also, it's walking distance from the sea. BTW, there are several supermarkets and minimarkets around, the closest one can be reached by foot, so ask the host for shortcuts. There are restaurants not so far + you can use an app to order food. The kitchen is great for cooking - you have there everything needed. The host was super friendly during the whole stay and helped us with all the requests.

Amazing view from our terrace and even from the private pool which was super clean and well-equipped. Alexandra and his dad was very helpful and kind. Highly recommended apartman.

Location is quite far from Kotor Old Town by foot, so we had to go by car (5-10mins depending on traffic), however we could find parking place easily next to Old Town.
