The reception was very good and friendly and had a great bakery on the ground floor of the property which had great snacks and juices and great coffee. The cleaning staff were great and friendly 5⭐️

There was no breakfast which was fine as ample coffee shops and places to eat. Central location large balcony and large TV room was of good size with a little kitchenette.

Terrible smell coming from the bathroom but tends to be a common issue with the drains in Greece. They should invest in some diffusers in the bathrooms. The lady at reception was not very inviting and somewhat disengaged with life. However the gentleman in the evenings was very nice and talkative.

Quite luxurious, clean and conveniently located

Very spacious room, even the sofa beds our kids used were very large. The rooms are fitted with a kitchen and 2 very large tvs. Everything is very modern. It's very close proximity to the town square/platia, for shopping and cafes.

Parking in the area is very tough. We weren't sure if the property had its own parking underground but we were not offered it.

It's very close to the city old center 5 min walk) , but the area around the hotel is not the best ... old abandoned shops and buildings.

recently had the pleasure of staying at The Residences Kalamata, and I can confidently say that it was an unforgettable experience. The staff at The Residences Kalamata were the true highlight of my stay. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, always going above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my visit was perfect.

Very spacious, clean and new apartment, well equipped and nice tasteful modern design. Latest technology smart TV, LG brand, and everything in the room is of high quality. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is super central, can walk to everything!

Everything was excellent, highly recommended

The staff was super nice, helpful and friendly, especially Dimitris, the owner’s son. The property is just a couple of minutes walk from the centre, it is recently constructed, quiet and our room was true to the pictures. We would definitely recommend it and we plan to stay here again the next time we visit Kalamata.

There were certain things that would make the kitchen use easier, such as paper towels, something to dry the dishes with and a closed bin to dispose of the garbage.

the location is very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. the center is within walking distance. we didn't opt for breakfast but we got coffee and pastries from the bakery next door and they were exceptional. all in all it was a great stay!

make sure you check that all the windows are closed, I didn't notice that the bathroom window was left slightly ajar, and in the morning the bathroom was frozen, lol, no biggie, the room was definitely well-aired!

Everything was fine. Very spacious, modern and clean apartments. The room was quite large and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very polite and professional. The location is perfect, close to the main square in the city center. An excellent choice for stays in Kalamata.

The position is perfect. The staff are great, very helpful and a lovely bakery downstairs, perfect for your morning coffee and pastry on your balcony. 🙂
