Great 3 bedroom flat, great location, sea and shops a couple of minutes walk away.

Location was perfect for town and the seafront. Was only a couple of minutes from both. Considering how close to town Leylands is it was so quiet. The apartment is spotless, plenty of room, well kitted out with everything you could need and we'll looked after. For those with kids there's what looks like a cupboard till you open the doors to find a playroom with computer console and games, board games etc. Easy parking on site and there were places on the very quiet road. Matt and Maysie were excellent before, during and and at the end of our stay with info and checking everything was OK for us. Couldn't have been better in any way. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leylands and hope to go back in the future. Thanks Matt and Maysie 👍

Nothing to dislike..

The cleanliness, and the chocolates were loved by my partner. Also the hosts had thought of everything to make the stay so much easier with all the things that you would expect in your own home.,and the apartment was a very good size.

I found the stairs a little hard by the end of the week but it wouldn't stop me from visiting again.

Great location. Parking is good for one car but road is a struggle move and you lose! Flat is all you need but top floor so be aware that you carry bags up two flights. Flat itself is great although as two singles we flipped for single double bed! Great location.Note avoid eating Indian pubs were great.

Perfect location and lovely ,clean and comfortable accommodation . Welcome goodies a bonus ! The little den for children just off the bedroom is wonderful . Could appreciate it even though we had no children with us !

As we’re getting older the two flights of stairs were a bit difficult this time but we would book again without hesitation and maybe access a lower floor flat .

The flat was perfect and beautiful, it had everything you needed to enjoy your stay, the welcome gifts we recieved was a lovely gesture

Lovely place, perfect location for beach, town, park and a corner shop. Beautiful decor and lots of lovely touches. Inc a welcome few bits. Will defo return and recommend to family and friends, the secret room is amazing. You can also see the lighthouse flashing at night from the bunk room window.

Unfortunately their are 31 steps to the apartment which we were aware of,, but by the end of the week my mum's legs were aching.

Aii excellent with the bonus of tea, coffee and juice provided.Greatlocation very near town centre and extremely comfortable bed.

The property was all I had hoped for and more. It is a perfect home from home. Lovely touchs such as milk, tea and coffee. Close to beach and town.

Location perfect - a quiet residential street, yet a very short walk to beach and town. We enjoyed being able to walk to the shops via the pier before breakfast to buy a newspaper. Also perfect for watching the crab fishing boats coming and going. We also appreciated a decent sized reserved parking space directly in front of the building. Overall the apartment was very comfortable and convenient. Cromer itself is a charming english seaside town.

Nothing we didn't like but it should be noted that the apartment is on the second floor and the stairs might be a little narrow and steep for some people. The shower was in the bath and could perhaps do with updating to provide a proper enclosure, so better for people who prefer a bath.

Close to beach, comfortable spacious flat. Loved the secret room.

Heating wasnt on so was cold to begin with. I understand this might save the hosts money/good for the environment but wasnt pleasent on entering the flat. Not enough cooking equipment/trays ect. The blinds in the bedroom let too much light in in the morning but this is a personal preference and I came prepared with an eye mask.

Excellent location, within easy walking distance to the park and a coast near the Henry Blogg museum. Also very close to the town centre. Suitable parking for a large family car off road. Very family friendly apartment and the kids loved the hidden games room in the eaves in the room with the bunk beds. Adequately kitted out kitchen facilities, table was snug for a family of 4. Lots of books, dvds and games provided in the living room and hidden room, although we didn't need to use them.

Mattress on the top bunk was a little lumpy and our daughter ended up sleeping in the spare room single bed, which she said was much more comfortable. Kitchen chairs are a little wobbly and could do with being replaced.

Lovely quiet, but central location, perfect for our weekend away. Great well thought out accommodation, everything you need, nicely decorated with a holiday feel. Highly recommend
