The location was very convenient. The Staff was very friendly. The Beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. Waterfall shower head with very good water pressure and hot water.

We booked on booking.com and was given our price . When they ran our card, I was charged $5 more. When I questioned the desk of the extra $5 charge, they informed me that they charge $5 fee for rooms booked online. I called booking.com and discussed this with them, they contacted the hotel and I received a email from the hotel stating they would refund me. Just beware of your charges on your card. Also the room and bedding felt very damp, like moisture in the room. Floor was hard concrete(no carpet or flooring) no coffee maker .

At check in the motel increased the price by $5.00 over the price promised on Booking.com. I discussed this with the motel, but it refused to correct the overcharge, maintained the $5.00 was for some unexplained service charge and admitted it had a mistake of failing to include the service charge on the Booking.com website since about December 2023. Thus, if one makes a reservation here one has to wonder what the actual price will be at checkin, but at least one can be confident the motel will Not correct the overcharge.

FILTHY FLOORS; these rooms are not being properly cleaned. Don't worry, I'll clean my own floor!! Party time!!! Arrived to several people drinking beer in the parking lot right by the stairs up to my room, and blasting loud music. This went on until after 11pm and they were just like "yeeeah we said somethin to em." Did ya now?? Is that why they were still partying 3 hours later? This is a run-down area in general, that puts its best face forward in photos of course. This stay marks the END of sub-$100 hotel rooms for me. You get what you pay for alright!

The room had been updated and it was nice.

I started messing with the window shade and it fell down. I turned the heater/air conditioner onto heat and a few minutes later it stopped working. I talked to a staff person about it. I went back to the room and got the unit to produce heat. Eventually a repair man came and told him that I got to work by play with the cord plug. I told him that the plug in needed to be replaced.
