Service was great and staff was very courteous. Property was clean , but they is no noise barrier at all and it was very noisy. Beds were noisy as well

The door way between bed and bathroom was too narrow for the wheelchair. I had to stand up and collapse the chair so it would fit. Cable kept going in and out.

Deal clerk had difficulty in English language. Rundown building. Ice maker did not work on second floor.

Like all of the Holiday Inn Express hotels, breakfast is always good and the rooms have a good layout. For this hotel however, rooms and bathrooms could have been cleaned better; the carpet in the room/hallways, tiles in the bathroom and elevator floors were a bit sticky and dirty. The location is convenient, it is near the expressway and there were dining options around.

Room was a standard room it was pretty clean only thing was there was candy wrappers and a sock under the bed but other than that all was well beds were comfy people were friendly and the breakfast was very good turkey sausages and regular sausage

Second time staying here on a trip from Florida. Convenient, affordable, staff is helpful and kind. Rooms are clean and bed comfy. Perfect for a quick stay!

The hotel was clean and comfortable as expected of the brand.
The highlight was the entire staff we encountered. All were truly warm and gracious hosts which made our one night stay (after an exhausting 12 hour drive) so welcoming and so appreciated. I have worked in the hospitality industry and travel extensively and I feel this hotel management could teach a master class in hospitality.

I DO NOT like that my room was NOT CLEAN the second day. I can understand not to get the sheet changed, but NOT TO CLEAN the room! Is NOT ACCEPTABLE! The price was not cheaper! You charged me for a clean room everyday. I DID NOT see a cheaper price. I AM VERY UPSET AND I WILL PUBLISH MY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HOLIDAY INN!

Room was very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Only complaint was the breakfast because the pancake maker was broke. Other than that it was a great stay.

Every interaction we had with staff was fantastic. They are efficient and friendly. That said, i would not stay here again. The parking area in the back had no lighting (the light pole was out) so i felt our safety and the security of my car was at risk. The hallway smelled musty. Cleaning staff left supplies in our room and the bathroom mirror worked on only one side of the frame.

I used my credit card here for incidentals and 2 days later I get a fraud alert!! Beware!!! Don’t use a debit card or you may lose everything!!!

Property was very nice, but there was not much parking. Had to park in a pitch black lot late at night. Staff was friendly and the lady running breakfast checked with everyone several times to make sure everyone was ok. Room itself was ok, nothing special. The carpet was coming up from the side trim and tub had mildew all over it.

Our bathroom was filthy and had mold there was only one towel in our room . The telephone didn’t have a keypad . Boneless people live behind the property which is concerning. The breakfast hot food wasn’t to temperature and very limited, coffee had grounds in it and no help in the breakfast area!!

This is the worse Holiday Inn express we’ve ever stayed at . The room was damp, everything was damp couch , chairs, sheets . There were also lil black sugar ants in the room . The breakfast area and food was great .

We found the overall room cramped for space, the funiture provided inadequate storage for our clothes. There appeared to be mold on the bedroom side of bath/shower wall. The modesty window screen was badly stained. There was barely any greenspace around the building to use for walking my dog.

Overall good experience, clean bedsheets, towels, clean rooms and well maintained pool. Breakfast was good! I wish the rooms would be more bigger.

The hotel was nice clean and quiet. Great location for our event at the Memorial Auditorium. Free breakfast provided by hotel but no dining, however there are many dining facilities nearby
