Close to town and train station - very clean and welcoming. Karen and Michael are great hosts, offering a good breakfast with lots of choices and assistance with transport to the Scrabster ferry terminal (if it suits their day). We had a lovely room facing out to Orkney. Very clean.

Sehr sehr sauber. Blick fantastisch über das Meer und die Insel. Restaurant, Cafe, promenade, Einkauf alles nahenden sehr 👍. Zimmer sehr groß und Bett war super. Badezimmer sehr sauber und praktisch. Wanderung möglich. Schloss Mey sehr schnell zu erreichen. Frühstück war sehr lecker und sehr viel. Nett Rat von Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderschöne und mit charme eingerichtet. Haben unserer Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Viele Grüße und danke.

Beautiful Bed and breakfast with fantastic hosts that was very welcoming. Very happy with the room we stayed in and the breakfast was probably the one of the best we've had in a long time

Nothing at all

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious, warm and clean. The bed was comfortable; and though our room faced the main road we slept well as the traffic seemed very light overnight. Breakfast was enjoyable and included a choice of hot dishes selected the night before. There was no on site parking but there was ample free parking in an adjacent street. We stayed one night on the way to the Orkney ferry and would stay here again.

Very friendly couple, beautiful and comfortable house, lively room with a Seaview, and a very tasty breakfast. Highly recommend this B & B.

Stayed for one night, great location just across from the beach with walking distance to shops & restaurants. The hosts (Karen & Michael) have tastefully restored the property bringing warm & charm to the place, as well as being fantastic at making us feel at home and served up hearty breakfast that kept use going all day long. Highly recommended! Just a note the twin room has private (big) bathroom that is outside the room off the hall/stairway - some may prefer taking some slippers.
