Basic comfortable accom; great shower with plenty of hot water.

We couldn't get the coffee maker to work.

No hand wash . Pilliws hard ,bed really firm . No teaspoons. Not even a t bag never mind a welcome pack. Very cold and unhomely. Button broken of kettle Noise at night from pub across road. Not much slerp.

Location was ideal for our stay in Thurso

We realized that Thurso is a great location for trips to the north and that's why we extended our stay twice here. It is a very spacious apartment with the main amenities you may need. Friendly and helpful owner, too. Really enjoyed our 3-days here. Thank you.

Very poor host for not providing adequate facilities and for not responding to queries about this. We wanted to be tidy guests and clean up properly but host prevented us from doing this. I would not recommend staying here because of this

Location was good

I have been in hundreds of hotels and self catering locations, this was one of the worst. There were not enough utensils for 5 people not to mention more, the area above the range was greasy, sticky and disgusting. There were no cleaning materials to wash the dishes (not even a sponge or paper towel), and to top it all off, there was no dining table! We had to eat sitting on the floor! There was a washing machine, but we could not use it as there were no clotheslines to dry clothes on. As another interesting touch, we found out the fridge was switched off hours after we placed our food in it! We had to hunt around in the cupboards until we found the outlet, there was no mention of this or guidance. Once it was switched on it made so much noise it was difficult to sleep in the room next to it. The place felt unloved and cared for only in the most basic fashion. Not recommended at all.

rooms were specious

it wasnt the same as shown in the pictures. kitchen didnt have essential things like cutlery and glasses for water for 7people. no dinning table and only one bathroom/WC for 7of us.

Size and location of apartment. Clean and tidy

TV kept cutting out. No oven or pizza oven dishes. Knife missing out knife block. Hot water turns cold sometimes.
