Situated in the centre of Lincoln near pleasant restaurants, shops and the Cathedral The property was much larger than expected with and fully equipped with everything you need. Perfectly clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom The large bed was comfortable and although in the large same room as the settee they felt separate with the layout The owners think of everything even providing fresh scones jam and clotted cream, tea coffee and milk for your arrival There are plenty of car parks in the vicinity The Wifi works well. The property is warm.

The entrance to the property is up some outside steps however there are banishments.

The apartment was brilliantly placed right in the centre of the cathedral quarter. Ideal for sight seeing in the area. It also had everything you could possibly need for the perfect stay. The hosts had thought of everything !

There was nothing we didn’t like, other than not being able to stay longer!

Great apartment so close to the castle where we were able to watch the coronation party. You can access the castle grounds free of charge and they have a cafe in the grounds where you can get lunch etc.,

The studio was brilliantly located in the Cathedral area. It was clean and tidy. Very comfortable and good value property. Highly recommended.

Streets are a little noisy at weekends.

I could happily live in the flat. All furniture very comfortable, lovely big comfortable bed, everything you needed in the kitchen, shower and bath, we knew where it as before we went but the location is stunning, hosts were very communicative and helpful, we go to Lincoln a lot and this will now be our No 1 choice for accommodation.

Location was great, they had some cheese , plum break and a bottle of apple juice that was already there for me :)

TV location is a little way from the bed and Sofa and it's a small TV so can make it hard to see it.

Location great lots of independent shops, cafes, pubs etc, not far from city centre Good communication with the owners & the flat is above Grayz Tea Shop worth a visit

There wasn't anything I didn't like

The flat is above the coffee shop of the same name and in a quiet alley. From the windows you can see the castle walls and see and hear the cathedral bell towers. The room was comfortable with good facilities. The bathroom and kitchen were superb. The location is ideal for visiting the tourist sites and there are many good restaurants in the area. Access to the town is via the aptly named Steep Hill which is OK going down but worth investing in a bus ride up to near the cathedral.

Entry is by a back fire escape which is a bit odd but does give total privacy. Aforementioned Steep Hill but it is a known tourist attraction.

NA. There was no breakfast. The only small issue was the poor lighting in the bathroom.

Location was great. Close to castle and cathedral.

The hosts left it spotless so it was a very comfortable stay. In addition, they went above and beyond and left a beautifully presented welcome gift of scones, Lincolnshire plum bread, and milk. They were quick to communicate and very accommodating to our particular needs.

The only drawback was no fault of the owners. There is an Italian restaurant down below that could get a bit noisy in the evenings so I would suggest bringing earplugs or something for white noise.

The studio apartment is in the middle of historic Lincoln a stones throw way from the castle and the cathedral, you can see the castle wall from the apartment. Loved the layout and it is well presented throughout lovely bathroom and very well equipped kitchen with all you could need for a short break. Studio is decorated to a high standard with quality furnishings. Nice touch fresh Scones, clotted cream and preserve waiting for you when we arrived.

Minor gripe the bath with shower could do with some sort of nonslip mat in it. No mention that I could see that the apartment is on the first floor with no access for wheelchair users, also there is a step to cross over as you enter the front door. Apartment could benefit from a deep clean as dust and cobwebs are everywhere on chandler's. under the bed, on the wardrobe ect.

Shower was quite weak. Parking was quite expensive.
