من خبرتي وتجاربي بالسفر دائمًا معروف إن فندق المطار من المفترض أن يكون بخدمات عالية وبطاقم عمل ممتاز لكن انصدمت جدًا من هذا الفندق - نبدأ من عند تسجيل الوصول، حجزت مسبقًا (قبل 20 يوم) غرفتين مع طلب بسيط وهو حجز الغرفتين بجانب بعضهم البعض، وتواصلت مع الفندق قبل وصولي باسبوع تقريبًا لتأكيد هذه النقطة ثم عند تسجيل الوصول للفندق جاوبوني ببساطة "غير متوفرة الغرف".. واختاروا لي غرفتين بطوابق مختلفة حتى مو بنفس الطابق، وبعد الاصرار والمحاولة بدلوا لي غرفتين بنفس الطابق ومع ذلك كل غرفة كانت بزاوية بعيدة عن الاخرى، انتم كفندق واجبكم هو خدمة العميل مو معقول 20 يوم حجز مسبق ماتقدرون تلبون طلب بهذي البساطة؟ - ثانيًا المطعم (خدمة الغرف)، الشخص لما يدفع 50+ ريال على وجبة بفندق 4 نجوم يتوقع يوصله طعام وأكل يساوي القيمة المدفوعة، ولكن لما طلبت من المطعم التابع لخدمة الغرف وصلني طعام بجودة دون المستوى ولحم غير لذيذ وطعام لا يساوي ابدًا القيمة المدفوعة، وهذي كانت التجربة الاولى مع طعام خدمة الغرف والأخيرة - ثالثًا التأخير الغير منطقي بخدمة الغرف، طلبت فرشات اسنان ومعجون، متى وصلتني؟ بعد 5 دقائق؟ بعد 10 دقائق؟ بعد 15 دقيقة؟؟ لأ، بعد 20 دقيقة!!… طلبت ماء، متى وصلني؟ بعد 30 دقيقة!!! طلبت كابتشينو من المقهى التابع للفندق، متى وصلني؟ بعد 30 دقيقة!!! ووصلني بارد وبدون اغطية!

تعامل موظف الاستقبال المدير المناوب سيئ للغاية بحث كافة الطرق لايصال صوتي للمدير التنفيذي للهوتيل لنها تكررت معي التنمر احد موظفي الاستقبال ولااسف مشرف مناوب . اتمنى من المسئولين الكبار الاتصال بنا لذكر الحقيقة وهذا يساعدكم في تحسين جودة العمل.

Good spacious rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean bathroom and towels. I was very satisfied. Free airport drop.

There is some communication gap between booking.com and hotel. I received an email from hotel stating more money than initially booked on booking.com, however, once i called the hotel, the issue was reolved, nonetheless, it is point to be worked on. Then i was given room without sofabed and i had to show them my booking details to get the room, again a small point for coordination. Lastly, i asked for shuttle service, which was provided but he asked me to wait for all other guests to fill the bus. I understand that lot of people use the shuttle srevice, but i also gave time to reach airport in time, the person booking the shuttle could have told me that we shall wait for 10 other guests before leaving. Ultamately, i had to take taxi to reach airport in time.

Breakfast was basic but very fresh and in a great environment. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and very well kept.

The hotel staff lost my laundry, and they even questioned whether I out the clothes or not, and then they discovered it was sent to other hotel 🙆🏽‍♂️ and I didn’t get my clothes in time which led to buying new cloths, and they promised me to do something about and nothing was done

Receptionist people were all very accommodating. They are friendly too. Free shuttle is the best! Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️

- Als je iets van de bar van de kamer gebruikt ( flesje water ook) moet je extra betalen. Voor een kamer waarvoor je veel betaald, is het gierig om flesje water apart te afrekenen.

Near to airport with free shuttle

Overall ok

It’s a fantastic place to stay near the Airport. The place is really tidy and excellent. The whole place smells really good. I thoroughly enjoyed the gym and rooftop bar was a good place to enjoy after a tiring day. Their staff was also very courteous and helpful.

Breakfast was good but when we ask your staff to take for my wife in the room they refused which heart us to be honest

Perfect location close to airport and next to a major highway intersection which gives easy transportation options and access to the city.

نظيف جدًا، وقريب من المطار، والأسرة مريحة، وتتوفر مواقف سيارات تحت الفندق بكثرة، والفريق متعاون، طلبت منهم تمديد الإقامة لمدة ليلتين لغرفتين فتجاوبوا معي بالرغم من عدم توفر إمكانية في بوكينج أو في موقع الفندق الرسمي.

Exceptionally modern and clean, massive rooms, super comfortable, generous room offerings (coffee, toiletries), good breakfast and the facilities (gym, pool) are genuinely usable not just token efforts. Nice friendly staff in all areas too.
