We were there for a Masters graduation ceremony. The location was excellent. The property was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped. It did say that there was parking. This was very important as one family member was elderly. We asked specifically about the parking and were told that there were permits in the house. There were two covering a maximum of three hours each. We were there for four days!! We had two cars. Fortunately one of the cars has a disabled badge. We looked up the council website and found that we could park the car in a permit area using the badge. However we had to put the other car in the multi story car park. It was inconvenient and expensive. We feel that the 'parking' should be made clearer as to what it means as it was very misleading.

The location was excellent, with good clean decor. The layout worked well too. The issue with the location is the noise from the 2 pubs, which are very close by. This is not the fault of the property, and depends on management by the pubs… but noise until 2am was apparent on 3 of our nights.

See above re noise - this was our only issue and may be attribution the time of year. Student grad week. A Nespresso machine would be a great addition and most properties feature this right now.

Spacious, very clean, great location. Fantastic decor, well equipped kitchen.

Mattress is too soft for my liking, downstairs was quite cold. Whilst the range looks fab, not everyone knows how to use it.

The heating could have been put on before our arrival as it was the coldest night of the year! Temperature in the house was 11 degrees!!! Took a while to heat up.

The property was very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It was close to the city centre and despite the nerve racking start,we had a lovely holiday.

There were no keys when we arrived at the property. It was after 6 and the offices were closed. We had no emergency contact number. We were about to spend another £240 on a b&b.when someone happened to see my email describing our situation. I then had an email back,slightly admonishing me for not finding the keys,or using the emergency contact tactics number,neither of which I had.
