Absolutely charming girl at reception, I had fallen over and grazed my knee and she gave me some antiseptic to keep with me on my travels. The wifi also stop working for about 15mins and I had to work but she fixed it really quickly. She was a saviour to me and I had to give her a hug!

The shower! it was one of those 'suicide' showers. Electricity heats the water in the shower head. With the pressure fully on the water was cold but if you down the tap down the water was hotter.

Good value for money in a relatively new hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy.

The location in the city isn't that great at night. Staff not too helpful in answering a tourist question.

Good value for the money. Convenient location and very friendly staff. We arrived earlier and we could leave our luggage in another room (our room wasn't ready yet) and go sightseeing in the city.

A bit noisy during the night because of the busy street next to the hotel. If you bring earplugs with you it's not a problem though.

En las fotos parecía que la habitación iba a ser algo pequeña pero al final fue muy confortable. La tele es una smart TV, cosa que viene bien para ver algo por las noches.

The location of the hotel is terrible. It's an unsafe area. I was robbed not far from the hotel. There was no warm water.

chambre sans fenêtre, pas de table de chevet,pas de coffre fort, pas de chaise, pas de frigo ni de bouilloire. La chambre avait une fenêtre à la tête du lit et celle-ci donnait sur le couloir de l'étage ce qui rendait la piece bruyante et chaque fois que la lumière du couloir s'allumait celle-ci pénétrait dans la chambre en nous génant pour dormir.

The staff were very friendly and the bed was extremely comfortable.

There was not very much fresh air available in the room and in general it was very basic, but perhaps about right for what I paid. The WiFi dropped out for a few hours during a heavy downpour as well.

It was really good for what is paid. Staff is great! Room is allright. I asked for quite room and was accomplished. Location is fair. It is relatively clean and spacious.

It was a but if a smell in the room. The toilet us very close to the wall I am tall so was but uncomfy. No hairdryer. No lift but the girl helped me with tge lagguage.

staff was like not non-existent. I felt I was bothering her each time I asked a question. She was on the private phone call all the time. Very bad customer service. The hotel locks you inside and no way to go outside after midnight. I had a early morning flight and was realised I was trapped inside!! No staff came out until another guest went to fetch them. How can a business run this way???

Easy to find. Check in was easy, room had everything you needed, shower worked well. Very friendly staff.very clean.

Builders were doing construction work inside the hotel at 8am across the hall from me which wasn't pleasant. No secure place to leave luggage after checking out however where I did leave it nothing was taken. Takes a long time for someone to open the door as reception isn't always manned and you don't get a key for the front door. Bigger towel would have been better. 2 big flights of stairs before I got to my room

It’s hard to say anything I liked when there was a fire alarm beeping all the time.

Booked three nights and left after 2. They have MULTIPLE fire alarms that do the low-battery beep so every minute there’s 3 high-pitched, piercing beeps, all day and all night, so you can’t sleep. I asked staff to fix it and was told they didn’t know which ones were beeping?! Insanity. The beeps were even interrupting our talking. Was told they weren’t going to fix it so I asked for a refund and they told me they couldn’t because I paid with my card. They told booking.com I was a no-show presumably so I couldn’t leave a bad review. Oh and my toilet didn’t even have a seat on.
