The apartment is lovely in that it is relatively small (25 m2) but with a very good distribution and 2 good rooms, a Great terrace with a wonderful view, a dining table for 4 and a practicle kitchen. The pool was also great.

Although the apartment is great, maintainance was not as good. Appliances were not kept in good conditions - we had the air conditioning in the living room leaking (we had to turn it off) and the drier didn’t work well. Cleaning was also not good as we had small bugs in the sheets of the second bedroom and the blanket of the main bedroom. (Or maybe they were flees. We never found out..). I sent a message to Maintenance but never heard back. These details need to be looked at so that the apartment is well maintained and really worth what they’re charging.

The property was beautifully furnished and the views were amazing, it was equipped with everything we needed and couldn’t have asked for more, Charlie the property manager was awesome and came to the property at the drop of a hat to show us how things worked. It was lovely to sit out on the balcony and watch the beautiful scenery around us and watching the cruise ships come and go. The weather was beautiful and the pool was amazing and very relaxing.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property but for anyone wanting to go for a stroll into town would have had a bit of a problem as it was very steep to get up to the property, it’s hard to get everything you want, to me the view and the comfort of the beautiful Bohemian Sunrise was enough for us.

The unit is styled beautifully, the views are stunning and the coffee machine was appreciated.

There was a strict waiver in place however the unit upstairs was a constant party house.
