Spacious, and beds very comfy

The rooms were a great size, both bathrooms were fully functional and not cramped.

Large apartment with all facilities in good condition.

Cleaning of the floor and the staircases was not so clean.

The flat was really comfortable and clean. It was very modern with all the appliances you might need to stay even for long periods of time. The check in/check out process was really easy. The only thing is that there is no lift so we had to carry heavy luggage up and down 3 floors. However i don’t believe that this is a fault of the property. Overall I would 100% stay here again.

From the moment of booking, the communication, instructions, and assistance were exceptional. Very nicly laid out apartpment, with everything you could need on arrival. Nice touches, like welcome biscuits, tea, coffee, milk and sugar, which after a 15hr working day, are very much appreciated.

Everything was great

I had to get ready in the hallway so could do with a mirror in the master bedroom which is near the plug. To reduce waste the kitchen needs a tea towel.

Location was great, check in super easy. Had all we needed. Bed's comfy, appreciated the little touches some places don't have (like soap, shampoo, tea for the kettle, etc.). Host was very responsive. Great stay would do it again.

Place was cold when we arrived. Wasn't obvious how to turn on the heat. Just a placard with that info would be helpful.

The host text us the key code and made it very easy for us, excellent

Good size rooms clean and good living/ kitchen area

The location was perfect, not far from west quay and all the clubs

An alarm kept going off at night and the day after, then I came back and it had been sorted out though

Lovely place - well equipped, nicely quiet and close to the water

no dishwasher

The flat is very comfortable, the view is good and walk 15 mins to the Postswood high street.

Spacious, clean and quiet space. Bed was comfortable, all amenities provided.

A few of the facilities / ameneties were aged or weren't working.
