Die Lage, direkt am Strand war einfach herrlich. Die Strandliegen waren immer parat und das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Palolem ist ein netter Ort mit vielen guten Restaurants (z.B. Nireas) und man kann zu Fuß an die nächsten Strände laufen.

Die Betten waren etwas zu weich und es fehlte ein wenig was charmantes im Zimmer (z.B. kleine Lampe am Bett )

Towels in the room were wet when I arrived, I think from when the bathroom was cleaned.

The location. Nothing else was worth it.

This place is HUGELY overpriced for the quality of stay. The rooms are extremely basic. We got an AC, toiletries and a small wardrobe. Service levels were extremely poor. We had to follow up repeatedly to get fresh towels and coffee sachets. We didn't even have adequate space to keep our suitcases. Their hospitality in particular was terrible. The staff were either very poorly trained or lacked any motivation to treat guests well. When I asked for a beach towel, one staff member literally picked up a used towel lying on a bench, dusted it, and handed it to me as if that's normal. Often towels handed to me in my room were muddy. The rooms are adjacent (share walls) with the main dining area, and they were blaring horrible music through the night even when the whole place was empty. We simply couldn't sleep. Overall, we felt compelled and desperate to stay out of our room for as long as we could. Adjacent properties like the nest feel so much nicer and welcoming. Avoid this place at all costs.

It’s right on the beach

1.Staff - They are more towards serving and assisting non-Indians. absolutely gives no f’s about us. 2.Services - had to request/ beg for arranging a scooter as I had an emergency and had to bring medicine. 3. cleanliness - The washroom was stinking. 4. Food - Took ages to receive food and again more priority was given to the non-Indians. 5. Price - Too expensive for this property. The resorts near this were much better and economical. Any service you avail, they are worried about the commission. 6. Amenities - Not sure if I was expecting more like a tv, refrigerator and a safe. but nope, nothing at all.

Just like the pictures, beachfront bungalows are some of the best at this beach, spacious, cool and nice decor.

Steps at the front were a bit steep. The sea was a little loud :)

no pre-checks of the room. things are taken after complaints. damaged AC, after complaint maintenance guy came. lived in pressure cooker for first two hours of our stay. bed sheet was not clean. blood stain on bed sheet. changed after complain. first time when we met property manager he asked how are you and answered “all good” himself😀. staff lied about complimentary breakfast. it is an amateur staff in restaurant. they took 30 minutes to provide a veg sandwich. and then we had no expectations. the first floor accommodation shakes when anyone take stairs. this property is highly over-priced. with perks of beach location, it doesn’t worth more then INR 3000/- per night. I encourage all staff to improvise their hospitality skills and be proactive. all the best to them.

Cocos has very basic amenities available such as decent WiFi, the size is OK, the ac works and the bed was comfortable enough. It is also in a handy location to some other good bars and restaurants. It is also very convenient for the beach. Some of the staff were also on hand during the day to help set up sun loungers.

The facilities are basic at best and we had a "superior suite". There is no hot water available and the huts did not seem to cleaned professionally between guests. Some of the huts are also not sea view facing and are instead positioned in the restaurant itself. The service overall we found disappointing. A number of the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional at a series of points, such as very loud music being played late at night on more than one occasion. We asked them to turn it down several times and they ignored our requests and were rude and dismissive. In general there was an unwillingness to be hospitable and helpful - the staff do not seem to prioritise guests. To summarise, our experience was so poor that we left after two nights despite booking for four.

The accommodation is very close to the beach, and the bar serves good food with lots of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sun loungers and beach towels are available too. Staff are friendly. The rooms and furniture are basic but are a good size and clean, and the AC and fan were both working and effective. Bathroom was clean.

When we booked (booking.com) the listing had a sea view, but on arrival we were told to secure a sea view hut you need to call them to check and book directly as the rate is higher. Instead our view was just the back of other (newly built and just being finished) huts which was a bit of a shame, but not a disaster. There was hot water but the shower was more of a dribble. At the weekends the bar plays loud music until 11/12pm which was also loud in our room. (So possibly not suitable for young families?)

music was loud through the night and our room was right next to the restaurant so that was a bit negative.
