Room were bit smelly and smoky

Not happy on breakfast. No value of money

Staff are not cooperative. I request for delay check out at 3pm but they force me to check out on 1pm. Its not fair.

Good food and friendly staff. Good view of Swayambhu from our room. The adjacent family room with connectivity was good.

When I landed the washroom was stinking I had to ask them to clean it up and spray something. I didn't know that I had some uninvited guests(cockroaches and mosquitos) who did play a vital role in not allowing me to sleep well. They say a minibar...but when you open the minibar aka small fridge...it's a rotten place that stinks and has nothing. Then comes the mind-blowing food...Phulkas and aalu parathas were so hazardous that they might make you lose your favorite tooth.

As I have travelled many countries and being a star category, breakfast always complementary. However, they asked me to pay additional 6 USD which is very much surprised for me.

Very expensive... For a traveller it's very expensive... Please consider reducing the price a little
