Spacious unit, enough room for a group of 6. Lower level with walkout to nice green space with patio, table and chairs. Quite location, close enough to walk to the village. Clean, modern decor. Good value, good location. 3 bathrooms.

Should not be advertised as luxurious, it’s a nice and clean unit but definitely not luxurious. Missing final touches to be luxurious. Looks like an old unit patched up with new furniture. Definitely not enough plates and bowls. Missing mirror in primary bathroom, fireplace not working, some of the blinds missing in living room, some lamps not working or missing light bulbs, outdated kitchen but nice new dishwasher.

There were a few things not available like the description mentioned and unfortunately we had a lot of issues with our stay and will not be returning.

The location couldn’t be better & the snow was plowed on the driveway & right to the front door which was perfect. The home was well stocked and very comfortable, as were the beds. We’ve rented many homes over the years and liked the cleanliness of this home.

It was a little concerning not getting the door code on check-in day until I called 2x asking for it 1 1/2 hours before check-in time. I did appreciate that this doesn’t typically happen as was told to me by the gentleman who returned my call who was helpful & apologetic. Our friend staying in the room had WD40 in his car & oiled the upstairs bathroom door which was very squeaky. A welcome mat inside the front door would be helpful in the winter to prevent anyone slipping, the floor gets quite wet from boots when unloading our bags & any time anyone enters the front door.

Nothing about the property!! The location was ok since it was close to the ski slopes.

The 3 BR property was NOT LUXURIOUS. That description definitely does not fit this property. The entrance to the house-the door had cobwebs and dirt hanging on the outside. The house was tired and old and dirty and dusty. The kitchen floor panel came off as we walked into the kitchen. The showers had mold. The beds were uncomfortable. Rooms were hot. Doors leading to the yard outside had dirt in the crevices. This house is a rip off!!! Certainly NOWHERE NEAR LUXURIOUS!! A total waste of money!!

A 5 minute walk to Blue Mountain Village, excellent location! The place was very clean, which I guess explains the cleaning charges which is higher than expected. Beds were comfortable and linen and towels were “hotel quality”. Very good accommodations for a family.

Something wrong with the A/C. We were all feeling uncomfortably warm by bedtime, and it was very hot that day, saving grace was a tiny electric fan we saw tucked in a closet, but it was just for 1 room, we’re a family of 5. We were lucky that on our 2nd night, the temp cooled down and we were able to open the windows and let the breeze in. Owner takes so long to reply to messages and mostly did not pick up calls, so we were on our own to deal with this for the most part. We were assured that the pool was open only to find that it was behind locked gates. Upon messaging the owner why it was locked, only then were we told that there was a key and where we could find it (should’ve been part of the instructions as we asked about the pool prior to checking in) and no, the key didn’t open the gate, and the owner finally texted that there are “issues” and the pool will open on the weekend. The temp of the barbecue doesn’t go up higher than 300F bec it has no side panels and wind blows in, so prepare to be grilling for a long time or just scrap your plans to grill.

it was very well decorated, better than the phots show. very modern and close to the village. great location and very spacious for the 8 of us.

I thought the couches in the livingroom were sofa beds but they weren’t but it was still ok for us.

Beautiful house and great location. We had a great stay.
