There is some creatures eating the bed,making some funny sounds....towards the morning...very uncomfortable

I loved the gardens. The kids loved the pool. The bed in the lounge with a mosquito net was a bonus. The staff were helpful. Google Maps took us right to the gate without a problem.

Since the cottages are not screened the mosquito nets need to reach the floor or be able to be tucked under the mattress. Our net needed a fabric extension sewn on the bottom as it was too short too tuck in and the mosquitos feasted.

Cycad Palm is a truly fantastic destination. The gardens are meticulously maintained, and the houses offer a delightful and well-organized ambiance. The staff members, from the caretaker to the gateman and the cleaning lady, are simply amazing. Notably, the pool remains accessible even during the night, adding to the overall experience. We were so pleased with our stay that we decided to extend it by two additional nights. The host's communication skills are excellent, promptly responding to any assistance required. Without a doubt, whenever I find myself in Diani again, I will be heading back to Cycad Palm for another memorable stay.

The convenience of having cleaning essentials readily available in the house, like a mop or broom, would be beneficial for quick clean-ups and dealing with minor spillages. Although the cleaning lady would provide these items upon request, it would be even better to find them already allocated and easily accessible in the house. This way, guests can handle small cleaning tasks without needing to bother the staff.

Cycad Palm is a beautiful tropical setting away from any potential noise of any local amenities. Of course, this means to travel to nearby restaurants or bars (in most cases 10-15 minutes away) you need to use local tuk tuk or motorbike services which are readily available. The management are very receptive to any small issues that may occur and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The beach is a ten minute ride or 20 minute walk away.

The peaceful serene setting is beautiful.

it is very quiet area. it is perfect if you want to relax and avoid all the beach resorts around. Has a touch of a rural stay

Facilities needs a bit of improvement/renovation

Warm pool 🥰...the staff were so nice and ready to assist at any time...definitely a home away from home experience 😊😊
