The bed

The couple was not welcoming.When I arrive, they didn't offer me water.The wifi was not working until a day before I left.The oven was not working. They advertised the room as if there was a kitchenette inside it but it was a lie. The location was sketchy.The building they live is deteriorating.People were making loud noise upstairs.The couple doesnt speak spanish not english.The house had a bad odor.I was highly dissapointed by that accommodation and the hosts.The couple shouldn' t be hosts because they suck at it.

The hosts, Natalie and Andrei, were hospitable and friendly. The apartment interior was clean and comfortable.

The neighborhood was not great. The immediate area was a bit rundown and dirty. I was warned to be aware of pickpockets and minor crime in the neighborhood.

Location is in a poorer and not very nice neighbourhood. Host can't speak english, but we managed with google translate.

The apartment was exactly as described and perfect for a solo person one night stay. The hosts were very kind and welcoming and even picked me up from the airport despite my flight being delayed 3 hours and not landing in Alicante until 2:15am.

The hosts were absolutely great! Very kind, helpful, and made me feel very comfortable! Great value for money! Would definitely recommend.

Staff came at 1.30am to the airport to pick me up.. great.
