Breakfast was beautiful, great friendly service every morning

I love the cleanliness of this place, I like the decor of the room/bathroom and how it was set up. I loved the amount of space it was very spacious. They do have a lot of things to do around the area that the hotel is in, the hotel itself has a couple of restaurants that seem pretty great and I loved the pool and the greenery area! Half to most of the staff was really friendly not very helpful, but friendly :)

I was only in town for three days, two nights , I didn’t like the checkout process of getting double charged after I checked out with the receipt in hand and then having to wait over a week to receive the funds back even though it was a mistake on the hotels end and the customer service/guest agent told me that it was their fault of course but no apology was given, no credit for a one night stay or anything for the huge inconvenience and I’m not talking about a couple hundred dollars I’m talking about over a thousand dollars. I, myself working in customer service and with different companies in different positions over the past thirteen plus years. Something definitely could’ve been done to ease the consumers mind and to have them to rebook with the Conrad and spread the word about how this great company noticed an issue and fixed it. Overall I am happy to have shined a light in a certain area that they can do better on as a company. We are all learning and growing to be better. Best wishes.

I loved the easy access to the bar and restaurant that were both located at the hotel. Once I arrived I didn’t have to leave.

When I booked my stay I thought i purchased the package deal that included the breakfast but once I arrived they said they didn’t have a record of it.

literally everything. the food was amazing. the room was gorgeous and the staff was so kind and hospitable

nothing.
