I like the apartment set up. Very modern

The mattress was extremely firm or hard. Every morning had a backache. as a result had to sleep on couch. The concierge information and directions were partial or incorrect. The valet parking was more of an inconvenience. They were not aware of Global apts. Told me I was a visitor there for no parking available. After 30 minutes finally parked car however wrong license plate number therefore I could not retrieve car in advance. Even trying to book my stay, had its own set of problems. From beginning to end, extremely disorganized.

Location was easy to find. Close to other public transportation. Indoor Valet parking 24hrs. Direct access to building from parking garage. Friendly and professional people. Mail service very convenient. Fast elevators. Quiet rooms.

It would have been nice to have a convenience shopping store in the building. Even though the nearest supermarket was 10 min walk which is not bad at all.
