room was fine. couldn't make breakfast. ended too early weekdays. clean when checked in. serviced 3 days later. got additional accessories at front desk.

only problem was the cord from the phone to the earpiece was missing from entrance phone. discussed with front desk but never taken care of. was able to use phone by bed.

The bed was very comfortable! Our room was very clean. The staff are so nice.

Breakfast could have been better. Wish there had been whole milk to enjoy with cereal and more cereal selections.

It was a basketball 🏀 tournament

There was nothing I didn't like. The kids missed an indoor pool.

My son and I ordered food at the bar and we did not like any of it, which is a rare thing to say. We ordered the pizza, wings, Caesar salad and Parmesan fries. The breakfast was not great either. Very dry turkey sausage and the scrambled eggs were very crumbly. Also, I called the day before I was arriving to ask about the shuttle because of the nor'easter coming the next day. The person told me if I need to get the shuttle from the airport and if it was after 4pm, to call and they will send someone. The next day I arrived at 4:10 and called to find out I was supposed to notify that morning. So I ended up having to pay almost $30 to get a taxi to the hotel. When I checked in, the man at the front desk apologized to me, but it was not his fault. It was whoever I talked to the day before. I was very specific and he knew I will need the shuttle the next day.

This was a 2-room suite. It was spacious with plenty of room, a full kitchen, and living area. Much more than expected!! The staff at the front desk and shuttle were so helpful!

It was a little challenging to get to the hotel from the Metro North Station. Our best option was an Uber.
