The property is perfectly located and so close to the cathedral and Bailgate. From the minute you open the door, you are greeted by the most beautiful and grand interior. Beds and sofas are very comfortable. There are so many additional touches that make your stay feel comfortable and homely. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’d need. High chair, travel cot and bedding were all waiting for us to use with little one. Nothing was too much trouble from the hosts. They popped by to greet us, which was lovely and their communication prior to arrival was perfect. It was reassuring to know they were just a text away, should we need anything (which we didn’t as the stay was perfect). We would not hesitate to stay here again and will definitely be recommending to our friends and family.

Street parking outside the property but we did not have any issues finding a space close by (even after we returned from the shop).

I loved the space and layout of the property, the secure court yard area which was lovely for our dog and my husband who is a smoker. The well equipped kitchen.

Parking is tricky as the property does not have its own parking area but we found a 24 hour secure car park only 5 minutes walk away from the property.

Great location. Very spacious so perfect with our two dogs. Private and quiet.

Location was perfect. Area was very quiet, house was large, warm and very comfortable. Tthe big sofa in the lounge was great. Wonderful facilities like big bath with great water pressure, full oven, washing machine and Netflix for the kids!! When we had a question the owners were very quick to respond. I'd visit again in a heartbeat.

Nitpicky- but single mattresses were very lumpy and bumpy. Probably need replacing. That's the one thing I could think of!

Location was perfect. Close to cathedral and shops. The house was beautifully decorated and the owners communicate was excellent.

Whilst there was a step provided for getting in and out the shower (over bath shower in a very deep bath) my father was unable to use the shower. Whilst not a problem for able bodied people anyone with disabilities or elderly might struggle.

Was a beautiful house close to Lincoln city centre, very clean and comfortable to relax and watch tv, very clean and well kept.

Only one thing ruined the weekend and it was the double bed, it was too small to 2 adults and the mattress was domed so wanted to roll onto the floor all the time, if it had a comfy flat mattress it’d of been one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed.
