The room was clean enough. The food taste was good. Breakfast was also good. Staff were helpful.

The property is a very 3 star property, but the price is too much as compared to other 3 star hotels. The photo showed a different picture and in reality the room is different. My number was given to the a random driver without my permission. Without talking or confirmation he came to pick us up on station and airport. My number was circulated to the driver without my permission is not acceptable. Food was good. But price was no less than a 5 star hotel. Very very expensive. Shampoo was given but no body wash. The brush also was low quality. All you can see on tv is YouTube. The staff were helpful and everything. No complains on them. But the owner and the person who gave my number to a random driver should be questioned. 1 star rating for them. The property is very normal, like a flat/apartment but the price is too high. Not recommending to anyone

Rooms are really clean and spacious. I really like the ambience of the room.

The services are really slow and there's no proper food facility available. You really need to wait for 1.5 to 2hr after the order is placed. Lift is not working and you didn't get drinking water in the morning.

Perfect tay..this second stay was more good than before...all the staff was warm welcoming...

It's too costly for the money paid. Though service was ok, ambience and facilities are disappointing

Our room had no windows. It was super claustrophobic. The water heater wasn’t working. Akshay Phatak, was very unhelpful. He was very forthcoming and helpful over the phone at the time of booking, but was super unhelpful when we were at the hotel. The staff were very arrogant and had absolutely no intent to provide any kind of service. Overall the experience was super bad!

Absolutely rubbish property. Extremely highly priced for the value offered. This was totally a waste of money. No proper maintenance, cleanliness was poor, no proper amenities for the money charged.

I booked Poshtel for my parents.They had a very comfortable stay and were taken care very well. My parents liked the breakfast offered in the morning.The chef makes great food.Higene was excellent.Location is equally good

Our bathroom geyser kept giving off current and shocked us. (literally) The issue was brought to the notice of the staff who did not bother to fix this safety concern.

There are so many things, so its a very poor try to make it look like a good hotel but i would suggest people not to belive the pictures, the rooms dosant have any wardrobe, cleanliness is horrible, bathrooms are not clean, i wish i could post some pictures, curtains were very dirty, overall, its nothing but a cheap lodge but they are charging like its a 3star hotel, not at all recommended...

The location is really good. The rooms were clean. And the breakfast just wow!! though it is a bit on the costlier side but its totally worth it. The staff were cooperative too I must say.
