Staff simpaticissimo, camera e bagno interno pulitissimi, e letti molto comodi!

Un po' distante dall'old town, ma comunque in un bellissimo quartiere

Exceptional fittings

Bed was far too hard and door rattled on second floor when guests entered on the ground floor. Room was also a bit small.

Had a balcony, clean and well kept.

No breakfast option

Everything was ok, nice and clean... Though, I would suggest at least a light breakfast should be included in the package ( coffee and toast with butter and jam)

There were no womens' cosmetics and the shower did not work properly and TV provides only movies, French channels at least should be provided

Very close to the city center and good communication. Great italian resto (which is probably the main business and hotel is just side business). Rooms were clean and tidy. The staff was not only nice but very helpful and joyful.

Very limited check-in and check-out hours (check before you go there, otherwise you might sit on your luggages for some time). First time in my life in hotel in the west I have encountered such practice. Very small rooms. I had bad exposure of window towards AC exhausts in my room which was not only making it ugly but also a bit noisy.

Room was clean and big. It has new furnitures.

Price for a night was really expensive. Receptionist does not speak English well.
