虽然该住宿距离马六甲一些商圈位置非常方便，可是电梯却让我与家人在每一次的等待都是超过20分钟或以上的时间，这让我们觉得非常困扰以及不方便。 停车位还需自己交付费用，住宿设施更是差，一进门就有一股臭味，床褥破烂，厕所还有上一个客户的头发... 由于当天家人是开了很久的车程，想说找一个地方休息，没有想到却带来这样差劲的体验，完全不值得我付这个价格。必须给差评， 希望有待改善。

The location is great. Easy walking distance to many food place and tourist spot like 15min walking distance to Jonker street. Downstairs is a shopping mall but not so happening mall, at least some simple choice of food.

The traffic of the lift is terrible, U can easily wait more than half an hour for the lift. Is either the lift full of people or also full of people they make it as special lift. Another problem is doesn't provide free parking. Paid parking by hour and maximum RM 15 per day during weekends.

This place is very suitable for families to stay. everything has been prepared and it's easy for us who have a last minute plan to find a place to stay. Thank you for helping us check in even though it was midnight. maybe you can prepare a disposable toothbrush because sometimes you forget to bring it. Kihkih ☺️ what we like the most is that the rules of the pool are not too strict, especially swimming suits. This area is in the middle of the city so it's easy to go anywhere. and downstairs there is a small mall to buy things like DIY and food court area. Thank you, we will choose to come again.

The view is amazing and the room was clean and comfortable to stay for 5 person

1.We have to wait more than 20 minutes for the lift ( check in and out ). 2.Noisy in the early morning.disturbed our sleep.Apparently they converted apartment unit to a store next to our apartment where they keep all the towels etc , To make matters worst, each morning around 8 am, about 6-7 staff gathered and discussed their work routines and took out the towels etc from the store.very disappointing.

今早6点30多分警鐘長鳴嚇死我們走下大门外以為是火炷了？原來是有人搞破壞🥺😔!7早八早給嚇壞了.真是.无語！

Strategy location

en un principio sale como precio 18€ y de repente al pagar te cobran 30€ y en el desglose te sale que por limpieza casi 10€ cosa que es bastante inexistente en la habitación. nada más entrar en la habitación una olor a humedad muy fuerte, todos los muebles estabas corroídos y picados por abajo, nada que ver con las fotos y el excesivo precio. Para encender la luz te hace falta la típica targeta la cual no tienes porque todo el check in es online y para acceder a la habitación es mediante un código con lo cual o llevas tu alguna tarjeta o espabílate para tener luz. no tuvieron ni el detalle de una botellita de agua. en resumen un hotel MUY CARO. para donde está para los servicios que ofrece. No lo recomiendo a no ser que te cueste 10-15€.

Omg… the lift was terrible. I have never ever experience something so bad in all my years of travel. Imagine wait more than 30mins to get from your room to your lobby where the lift stops at every floor

Location is great. Room was clean, easy to access. Accommodated the whole family. An additional warmer blanket would be nice.

The lifts. Oh my goodness - what a a debacle. Extremely slow and at peak hour it took us 1hr to drop something off at the car from L23. When we checked out we ended up just taking the stairs from L23 to the carpark L4 because the lift was stopping at every level coming up to fill up with people who were unable to get it the lift on the way down.

This property has an amazing view from balcony. Good location and easy access to everywhere with grab.

No hand wash detergent or soap. No toilet paper or facial tissue . We have to get it from 7-11.

agent so rude .. didnt pick up my call ..pintu password tak function langsung da la kena tunggu hampir 1 jam .. better lock pintu pakai kunci atau kad saja . menyusahkan orang .. lagi 1 lantai swimpool memang takder buat clean service ye . mak saya patah tangan tergelincir sbb lantai lumut dan licin dengan guard takder .. lif lambat .. hotel yang paling teruk pernah stay .. 1st n last stay hotel ini .. buang masa sebab lif dan buang duit stay hotel ini .. just nak pesan pada agent please change yur attitude .. orang stay bukan free bayar taw .. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Het was vies, oud en slecht onderhouden, er liepen kleine spinnetjes.

The provided amenities provided by the owner was superb. Towels, soap, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc. Also, the price was quite reasonable considering the location and overall state of the room.

The wall of text for the check-in procedure could be condensed and be made easier to understand. That's it really. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
