didn’t stayed in the hotel. we were made to stay at Red stone hotel near by as the receptionist told us there was some electricity fault in this hotel.

They didn't provide breakfast, they didn't consider my booking with the hotel. They booked directly with over pricing.

Front office staff behavior was horrible, they were so rude and disrespectful I never came across.

They were asking extra money for the stay, not at the the price I booked.

This was a horrible stay. What can you think of when the receptionist was drunken and talking rudely in slang. Pathetic room service and paid the extra charge of 1500/- to enter in my rooms which was not mentioned anywhere. That man has not any sence how to talk to a lady. I really surprized how the owner is having this kind of staff.

Room & Place are good..
